Grell is such a good caracter and I think you did him pretty well ^_^. And you even made him sond more girly ;D

(Nothing negative about it, just pointing out that you ARE a girl, and most guy's can't sounds more girly than a real girl, except for one guy I know but he can rather sound like a woman.XD)

...........Erh.....I'm going to try as hard as I can not to be a jerk......because my own voice acting makes me quite biased......towards.....those unpaid.

Please don't be insulted, but you lack heart! You have this fangirlish edge to your voice that deters oneself at the beginning of a video.

I'd say it's good, though, as something created by fanbase.

(now go watch the OVA and recieve acting lessons from Grell! It's hilarious.)
