I'm curious...How much would a show, like this, set up, fired and cleaned up--cost? Permits? Insurance? etc. This looks like a nice show as far as how long it lasts. Just wondering how much a person would pay to have this! Thanks!
Though he shows this in the video, I would not recommend people piggy bank shells unless they know what they are doing. Though I respect Dave and his videos, I do not agree with piggy banking shells for the risk of blowing up the shells on the bottom.
@thewhitewolf53 I don't recommend piggy backing shells either... and BTW it is piggy BACKING not piggy BANKING... like carrying someone on your back? hahaha.
IMO, Rambo kid and Excalibur shells are the best class c consumer shells on the market, i get them every year if i can find them, the excals have a tremendous lift to them and a thunderous break! also, firing squad used to be class c , not any more. even single shot thunder kings are no more, makes me mad that some of the good stuff is no longer available to us class c'rs. victory fireworks have a great selection of c and b classes!has anyone tried Brothers new 500g cake called Hydrogen Bomb?
Yikes! I don't like piggybacking as much as others I guess. The last small shoot I did that, and the top shell literally sucked the bottom shell out and dropped it on the ground at my feet, fuse lit. Needless to say I'll never do that again
great vids dave If those shells are KOD's wich means Kiss of Death those are some of the best consumer shells out there they have AWESOME effects great vid even though there is no whole display that's ok because it gives another aspect to a fireworks show wich I really ENJOY!
When piggy backing shells NEVER piggyback a canister shell. It won't work with cannister shells, only with ball shells. Chances are if you do it with cannisters you raise the probability of blowing up the tube too. Also you can leave the fuse on both shells you are piggybacking. If its done propery it will give a tail on the way up which is an added bonus. Good call on the yellow visco. Thats all I use most of the time and it works like a charm.

KOD must be Kiss of Death---those are nice canister consumer shells, if that's what that means.
