That's so weird... yet interesting! It's like a reunion. Two things I never would have put together (except for Vigilante as a cowboy and when they're in space) have so many of the same actors. Now there's two of my favorite animated shows that have heavy influences on Firefly. There's also an anime that I think Firefly is very similar to and was probably an inspiration for Firefly and it starts with Cowboy...

OMG! I was watching Firefly tonight, and I just realized from hearing Mal's voice that he was the voice of Vigilante. Oh... my... freaking... gosh! The funniest part is several things all came together at once from this conclusion; everything clicked. Whoah... I love it when you recognize an actor as one of your favorite cartoon or anime characters or when that happens vice versa.

Yeah half of Firefly cast did voices. Surprised Alan Tyduk didn't do a voice, his voice was good in I,Robot.

It is actually amazing how many people from Joss Whedon projects (as well as others) have done voices for JLU. the two that stand out most for me are Jason Hervey and Fred Savage voicing Hawk and Dove, John C. McGinley doing The Atom and the delicious Amy Acker as Huntress
