Sorry, folks, but she stinks. You want female British soul? Go back a few years and check out Lisa Stansfield! "All Around The World" or "This Is The Right Time" are my suggestions. This Gabrielle song has no melody to it at all. She's "singing" in a monotone; no variance of notes. A melody requires variation in pitches and there are little to none here. Even Stock/Aitken/Waterman couldn't help her.

I happen to like Gabrielle, she may not be the best singer, but she has a certain something about her songs that makes her music really good. I don't know what it is, but it's just really beautiful. That may not make any sense to anyone.... but at least I know what I mean :p

I think the recent album of Gabrielle's is by far the best yet. Practically every song on the album is amazing.

The reason she doesn't do well in the charts these days is coz little girls dont buy her records.

Great song. Still I think I know the answer that this isn't a hit. She always uses the same drumcomputer and strings. Even though I like it, all her songs sound a bit the same. She has to do something totally different. Maybe a High NRG disco song. Or a ballad with piano and guitars. If you would listen to every song 2 seconds, you can't tell wich song it is, cause they all sound the same. Still I love Gabrielle. She should work with Stock/Aitken/Waterman. That would surprise a lot of people.
