Don't be fucking ridiculous. Madonna visited Malawi because it was one of the poorest countries in the world and has more problems than most African areas. Madonna met many families and directed a documentary about the town before she even met the first child she adopted, David, a boy who at the time was at risk for death. She fought for years to adopt him. It's so hilarious when a celebrity actually works hard to help someone, everyone just hates her more.
