I'm surprised Dean's lighter still worked. There couldn't have been very much in the way of oxygen in that coffin after 4 months underground.

@Lizfan2 Well either its air tight or it isn't if it is then their would be air sealed inside and isn't then air could flow in

@Endo363 How could air flow in when he was literally buried under the ground? He must have had at least 3-4 feet of dirt to dig through after getting out of the coffin.
