  • dude it's becouse of dudes like you that planes fall out off the sky.

  • Download ?? plis adresse download

  • Nokia sports tracker is an awesome application. After u have recorded a route you can export it to your pc and view the route in google earth.

  • awesome

  • lol .. I got 989 KM/H @ Emirates when Glasgow To Dubai

  • What is this 'sport tracker' sorry for asking, but, is it like flight information using the gps on the n95?

  • Sports tracker can track your route using GPS while you are eg, walking running, bicyclig or why not flying like he does :D Sport tracker tracks the route, speed, altitute, number of steps etc etc. You can also take photos from route and those will be geotagged. You can create fixed routes and eg. run several laps. You can save your workout to phone or send it to Nokia's sportstracker web service where you can share it with other users.

  • Nokia SportsTracker is wery cool application. I have been using it for some time on my nokia N95.

  • Could you get a fix inside the plane easily? My N95 GPS needs to be outside...

  • I used a small external gps unit discretely stuck with a bit of bluetack to the side of my armrest which was next to the window :-) got strong signal the whole journey !

  • you will get not a strong only , VERY VERY strong cuz of your high altitude ,, despite the AirCraft body blocks but I guess the signal is perfect .. plus did u run ur phone with no SIM card ?? (( is it dangerous to run mobile with gps on plane )) ??

  • The N95 has an "Offline" mode where the sim card and phone functionaility is disabled. On other phones this is sometimes called "flight mode"

  • Update your firmware and use A-GPS. then it should work also in-door.

  • Can I track my flight in my selfphone too? my are dopodo from China and it is MP3 and 4

  • You need Nokia smartphone which runs S60, you also need GPS which can be internal or external. Eg. Nokia N95 runs SportsTracker just fine.

  • fabulous - thanks - looking forward to trying this on my N73

  • Hey John - I notice your display reads in mph? How did you do that?

  • The Activity was set to General and in preferences you could choose between various speed measurments (I think it included paces/kph/mph and maybe a few others).

  • Select Options then Settings and there is a facility to change measurement

  • Nice steady journey at 512mph

  • Have to say it gave me quite a buzz particulary when there was a heading or altitude change. Top speed according to SportsTracker was over 600mph at one point !!
