You must not cook much. I have just about all of those ingredients around every day. I certainly don't eat 6 times a day though. However, you can take advantage of the time of day. For example, I eat the most at lunch because that's when my metabolism is at it's peak. Taking your time to eat is good for you. Less work for the stomach, and better nutrient absorption. Shoving a burger down you throat in 5 minutes and going back to work is pretty much the equivalent of not eating anything.
that salad made well over 6 portions. eat at breakfast, first coffee break, lunch, 2nd coffee break, and supper. that is 5 meals right there using the time everyone has already.
is easy...You just have to prepare your meals at night before you go to bed and have everything ready for the next day. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and eat your breakfast, then you take your 15 minutes mid-morning break and eat your snack. Take your hour or half an hour for lunch. then 15 min brea mid afteroon and eat your snack, that's four meals right there, then when you get home, eat your dinner...Hope it helps...

that salad made well over 6 portions. eat at breakfast, first coffee break, lunch, 2nd coffee break, and supper. that is 5 meals right there using the time everyone has already.

is easy...You just have to prepare your meals at night before you go to bed and have everything ready for the next day. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and eat your breakfast, then you take your 15 minutes mid-morning break and eat your snack. Take your hour or half an hour for lunch. then 15 min brea mid afteroon and eat your snack, that's four meals right there, then when you get home, eat your dinner...Hope it helps...

preperation my friend. i have 6 meals a day and my foods are as or if not more complex than this meal. the key is preperation. your word of the day is "preperation". live it learn it love it. peace
