I am sad that there are such strick rules for the level of moves that can be done during competition. I am sure there are really good reason for the limits, but it is sad to see a ollie vise not able to demonstrate what she has mastered

There aren't any limits. College gymnasts can put whatever they want in their routines. They just don't get extra bonus for doing skills beyond a certain amount.
