I am saying the exact same thing. How could he have died? Yes, the haitain was around and he could not use his abilities but this 4 years into the future, his powers must have evolved greatly. When he goes back in times, he actually plays god. Time travel, stopping time, putting peter into another body, I mean he's basically a god and I don't understand how he could of died, he could of heard clair coming a mile away. He's too strong and I though he was going to play a bigger role.

Peter hadn't been around that many people with powers in the first yet. Now he's been around that electricity bitch that was holding him captive for the longest time in the facility [Eli or something like that] he's got flying, regeneration, fire, electricity, super strength, and tons of others that Sylar hasn't gotten yet. Cause Sylar hasn't taken as many brains [unless of course he eats the brains not so sure about that yet] as Peter has been around people who have abilities.

Sylars "power" is understanding and mastering things, which is why he can "take" other people's powers, and master them in a few hours, peter can't most people have one power they spend months learning, and mastering, peter has so many and can't learn to use them all correctly, those powers slyar does have he has master'ed so artfully - making him much more powerful then peter, however peter has more potential - question is, can peter asorb Sylars ability to master things?

As thus far - Sylar does not have Superhuman power, as for why he gave him the watch - Peter has absorbed allot of powers that even he doesnt know he had, until they show themselves, like he didnt know he had the super strength until he punched someone hard enough for them to fly, sylar basically made peter use the power he had but understand it, when he did the power fully manifested - leading to the hunger he feel to learn more, and more having the power and knowing you have it are different.

It's a producer error. theay are breaking their own rules. Future Pete is powerful and had this amasing control off his Power that nobody cud have killed him. Not the Hatian or Sylar, whatever. By 4 years in the Future, Future Pete should by now have learn'd and evolved all power he has encountered ever. Sylar's ability too and the Haitian.

I think there is something else besides healing to claire, i don't think they have shown it yet, and i think it has to do with why she becomes the way she does in the future, as for the nuke - and peter and claire surviving, in all truth, all 3 pete,claire,sylar should survive, as seen in the end of season 1, if you have the healing power you can survive - as of now, 4 people have the healing power, pete,claire,sylar,adam.

One thing I dont' get is. The show talks about how when they shoot them in the head they would die and if they cut off their heads than they would die. But when there is a big explosion that could break and explode everthing. So I am thinking Peter, Syler, Claire should've been dead because what happens to human body in a exlosion?

Exactly, especially when clair, knox, and daphne get caught in the middle of gabriels exploding. Clair must have been incinerated so how can you come back from that but not come back from being shot in the head. Weird and I still don't think future peter could have died, he's too damn powerful.

a twig) stuck up their head, but taking it out they heal. The bullet must've caused him to be in coma or something.... Well it's a flaw in the show because they didn't want to emphasize on it to much and were in sort of a hurry.

Yes, but theres a certain point in your head and as sylar said, that peice is mycro scopic, so even if you do shoot him in the head, that doesn't mean it'll hit that certain part. And with Peter's powers going. I heard that Tim told the writers that he wanted them to kill some of the original cast to bring in new people and to downsize them a bit, taking away peter and Hiro's powers

because Claire is the catalyst, 'the company' worked out how to give people abilities, but suresh worked out too late that they needed a catalyst.

Hiro's mum was the origional catalyst, she gave it to baby Claire before she (Hiro's mum) died. she wanted to give it to Hiro but his dad, said he was too careless.
