  • WOW AMAZING AND AMAZING PATIENCE

  • your a truly amazing person with a lot of patients and skill. thats completel buautiful.

  • can someone be kind and tell me how is the flowers pattern covered with paint and why does the paint stick to the flowers and not the whole body of the darbuka?

  • Because it isn't paint. Remember this is clay he's working with so paint would burn right off in the kiln. if I am right the process he is using is sometimes called scrafito or sgraphito. This is where colored slip (clay mixed with lots of water and a pigment like iron oxide) is brushed on and let dry, then it is scraped off. This guy is real good though, he takes sgraphito to a new level of mastery i'd never seen before.

  • AWESOME!!!!

  • so whats the process

  • How much pot did you smoke during the scraping!!!

  • stunning

  • hey great work. Beautiful artwork. Where can i buy one? What do they sound like?? please get back to me.
