How come to believe that part of the Quran that says Allah took Jesus up to be with him is NOT "shirk"? The Quran says to believe Allah has a partner is unpardonable. Some say he was but swooned and did not die, some say it was Judas on the cross others say someone else. All they can do is conjecture about what really happened according to the Quran. Christ did in fact claimed to be God. John 10:30 "I and the Father are one." The pharisees found this to be blashphemy because even they knew what Jesus meant. If God makes the rules, then Jesus did not have to die. If Jesus' death was so significant, why was it undone 3 days later? And if it was undone 3 days later how significant can it be? The entirety of the fable is illogical.
God made the rules. Sacrifices were required for the forgiveness of sin. Unfortunately, it became more a religious acts instead of true worship and repentance. The death was "undone" three days later because it showed Jesus had power of death and life and defeated sin. That is why it is so significat and totally logical.

The most fundamental reason for Christianity is the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Whose blood was shed for all mankind. It seems to convenient for Muhammed to leave this out. When Muhammed decided this would be good to be left out of his Quran he literally denied who Christ was. You really believe the Koran is a reliabe historical document about the historicity of Jesus? I don't even need the Bible to show you Jesus was crucified. The crucifixion of Jesus is a historical FACT. Even Bart Ehrman a scholar who attacks the NT knows that Jesus was put to death by crucifixion. Some say he was but swooned and did not die, some say it was Judas on the cross others say someone else. All they can do is conjecture about what really happened according to the Quran. God made the rules. Sacrifices were required for the forgiveness of sin. Unfortunately, it became more a religious acts instead of true worship and repentance. The death was "undone" three days later because it showed Jesus had power of death and life and defeated sin. That is why it is so significat and totally logical.
