vela is a 30 million euro striker, adu would be lucky to go for 2 million euros.

vela is a player who is known to be able to hack it at premier league level. that in itself adds value. he is young, that adds value. he has a great attitude, that adds value.
arsenal wouldn't let him go for anything less then 30 million euros.

price doesn't necessarily indicate how good the player is rated or is. some players will be valued down due to their age, others due to their contract circumstance.
luis fabiano might be 30 million euro and is considered up there, over there, but over here there is an element of risk, he will be valued down because of that.
maybe it is the case that vela will not be valued high on continental europe. this will or miht change if he has a good showing in the CL.

freddy adu was decent when young but got real bad advice from his youth coach. he stayed in the us. so when he did have a trial 4 united he failed. he then was signed for benfica for less the 2 million. he failed to make it there, was loaned out where he failed to make it at monaco, they refused to sign him. now he wants a move to tottenham.

sergalvisc adu doesn't have more class than Vela.. just look.. Vela is playing on the Premier League [arsenal].. PL is more important than the league of Portugal.. PL has more class than Portugal football league.. don't you think? x] if Adu was better than Vela.. he should be playing for some team in Spain/Italy/Englan or France.. not on Portugal..

Vela is a good player, not spoofs about that, but not my preference. As to playing at the english Priemer league, hey the best player of the year is portuges, lol, "In my opinion" the english league is over rated. The only reason it is any good is because of all the foreign players, period. Spanish league or Italian league, those are much better leagues in my opinion. non-the less, Adu is a better player for me.
