killed him with a limit break..thats the best way to finish..did he actually cheat? it kinda looks like he did with 99 on every fuckin item in the game and hp/mp..that would take years to do without cheating..
Great tactic: just heal yourself while your counterattack materia do its thing. I just can't imagine how he/she managed to produce that a many high-level counter materia (cheat?)
