what trans are you running? when we were running our shop car with the j32 it has the tl type s with lsd and slicks. launching in second yielded .4 faster 60 foot times. so you might want to try that. if you are running the accord trans or any open diff then you will always have the peg leg one wheel spin. in case you were wondering the best we could pull was a 12.56 on M/t 24 in tall by 8 inch wide launching in second in a 93 coupe gutted to all hell. and that time was after our 20th run or so
honestly from a dig the j would definitely lose off the line if you're not used to launching it... too much low end torque for a light car... but that del sol would've been fucked on the highway
