  • WoW! Now I know where Yelp.com Learned their tactics from! So absolutely corrupt!

  • bbb is a scam.....

  • That dude should just shut his face, Your BUSTED!!!

  • BBB gets an F (unless they pay me $50,000 for a complaints waiver).

  • Yelp has replaced the BBB anyway, so the BBB is irrelevant.

  • I have been scammed by a company called E-Commerce Exchange after having checked them out with the BBB and let them have free run of my money just because they had an A- rating with the BBB. I would just like to say: Thanks BBB!!!! You know what you can do with your ratings!

  • IRONY

  • that's total horse shit the BBB is ripping off people.

  • Ok. Excellent interview ,but, now what. Does any body knows where to go, whom to trust. This is a nightmare. And they still operating why. Because everybody gets a pice of the money. It's disgusting how this system works.

  • Rich people scamming to get richer.

    More news at 11.

  • pay to play? that's bull shit and they know it.

  • Temps should not be used as full time employees. SEH-A should not be allowed to use temps as full time employees because they are not allowed pay raises or bonuses.

  • Hey, the BBB won't even let multiple victims of the same scam to network with each other. They say it's a "privacy issue," tho I don't ask for anyone else's contact info. I just wanted them to disseminate mine. There's a transmission shop that ripped me off for $3300 (court is next week--1/12/2012). The same shop has BBB complaints for even more money. Yet, when I call the BBB, they won't lift a finger. Imagine how fine it would be for all 3 major victims if we could all show up in court!

  • all about the money that's so much bull shit and they know it.

  • shake down? lol

  • >Giving a shit about their ratings

It's about getting your money back from the assholes that won't refund you or solve your problem because you are only one person.

  • I can't say I'm shocked.

  • BBB has gone the way of the newspaper. There are a lot better options out there that are better at giving reviews. Goodbye BBB

  • and people still turn to BBB even now...

  • Paying for grades is just the tip of the ice burg as to how deceptive the bbb really is. Companies that get too many complaints can just change their name and buy a new profile under that new name and tada! they have a A+ rating and a clean slate. The bbb does not run any background checks! Also, you can't file a complaint against a bbb member if you are in litigating with them. The bbb is basically protecting their paying members because the members are a bbb asset. BBB is a joke!

  • looks like a 20/20 vision.

  • Good lord hang them. Cmon Fitzgerald US attorney take this scam down.

  • BBB simply another parasitical organization that hides it true ownership and responsibility under a corporate veil. In a false debt system that has so many parasites that the host is almost dead. Time to delouse ourselves and reject these bloodsuckers. Disengagment was their primary weapon a critical mass of humanity leaves the matrix and soon thereafter the rest of humanity followed along. Peace and Love.

  • The BBB gave my businesses an F Rating after they ripped off my business TWICE! They neither gave me accreditation or a refund. They will retaliate if you attack them - not to protect consumers - but out of revenge and maliciousness.

  • Bypass the BBB

  • Comment removed

  • BBB should have an F!!

  • people today just go on google and look for feedback about the service. consumers are way smarter than listening to a mafia cartel like bbb.

  • people still use BBB? I guess they never heard of Yelp or millions of local business-rating websites. If i was them i would go to those sites and flood them with my own positive feedback, that's what most people do anyway, lol, good investigation tho, ABC.

  • @mplsridah Yelp has had issues with similar problems in the past.

  • @onethatactuallyexist Isn't Yelp a user-generated site? companies, disguised as customers, leave positive comments

  • @mplsridah Not only that but Yelp has also offered remove negative customer feedback at a certain cost to the owner. You can also pay to have your business be one of the first few search results on Yelp.

  • Oh, I wanted to add that if you're a business owner, don't bother paying for a membership. Nobody I know relies on the BBB, and nobody's going to see or care about that F rating. Nowadays, people look at user ratings on sites like Google Maps, Yelp, and so forth. The BBB is obsolete.

  • The BBB is a joke. I complained to them about an auto body shop that did shoddy work and scammed me. The BBB "mediated" the issue through e-mails. Anyway, the crook owner of the body shop was uncooperative and refused to resolve the situation. Yet the BBB's page of the business said that the issue was resolved with th BBB's help, and the A+ rating was kept. Oh yeah, and the business is, of course, a paying member of the BBB. It's true, the ratings are bought and paid for.

  • As a business owner for 9 years, my jaw hit the floor when I called the BBB and asked how can I improve my rating. Their answer, "pay up". To the tune of $1,100.00 a year to get membership, acredited and an A+ rating. Straight up extortion. There is no other way to describe it. The $400 or so fees they describe in this report only get you an A+ for 6 months then you have to renew. If you want to check out a business call your local Dept. of Consumer Affairs. A real gov't agency.

  • I am glad it finally came out to the public but sad to say nothing has changed besides the price. They will still take off the negative comments and raise the rating as long as you pay the membership fee.

  • FUCK THE BBB.

  • I was rep off by Achieve Technology Training on 2,200 $ and I tried to contact BBB in Utah - they just useless and all they did contact that fraudsters and say that they can not do nothing with them .

So if they are can do nothing what for they are . Close them Down Now!

  • yelp mimicked bbb's business model

  • This is not really news. The BBB has been well known to whore its grades for payment. It's good to see that this story is coming out on mainstream TV. Maybe people who still believe in the BBB (are there any?) will finally come to the conclusion that they are in fact a scam. No wonder companies laugh when you say you're going to report them to the BBB!

  • Comment removed

  • I wonder if the BBB has a rating for itself....

  • @Ippikishan The BBB is not a member of the BBB.

  • BBB = SCAMMERS. TALIBAN SUPPORTED.

  • fucking scam. and i hate this BBB crap because it makes people pre judge my company by it's rating. YTB :)

  • THIS SCUM BAG STEVE COX MAKE 300 GRAND A YEAR JUST SITTIN ON HIS AIR CONDITIONED ASS DOING NOTHING BUT SHAKING DOWN BUSINESS OWNERS.

  • THE BBB IS A CORRUPT SHAKE DOWN MAFIA ORGANIZATION THAT CARES NOT AT ALL FOR TRUTH OR PEOPLE......THEY JUST WANT MONEY BY DOING NOTHING BUT RAKING OTHERS OVER THE COALS FOR NO REASON. THESE BASTARD AT THE BBB WANTED ME TO PAY THEM $450.00 A YEAR....FUCK THEM..SCUM BAGS

  • I love the sensationalism in this story, and how everyone believes it. The BBB tries their best to offer free mediation services to consumers who have trouble, instead of making them pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars in court cases. They monitor advertisements to make sure companies don't make false claims are claims that simply aren't true. They are not a scam, and in the end, you as the consumer don't spend any money on them at all.

  • @vaiol123 THE BBB IS A SCAM....THAT SHAKES DOWN SMALL AND LARGE BUSINESSES.

  • @1IIIIIIIIII1 You should have nothing to hide from the BBB. If you do a good enough job at what you do, you will never have to deal with them.

  • @vaiol123 YOURE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING.....GO WATCH SOME GAME SHOWS ON TV

  • @1IIIIIIIIII1 Tell me, what are they doing?

  • @vaiol123 IF WATCHIN THE VIDEO DOES NOT MAKE YOU SEE, THEN NOTHING WILL

  • @1IIIIIIIIII1 As I stated in my first comment, this video is sensationalism. ABC took minor details of the story and blew them out of proportion. To the BBB, Hamas could've been a Middle-eastern grocery store. 20/20 did not say how the blogger reported the company to the BBB, and he could've very well told them that it was a grocery store. Additionally, it's clear that the interview ended early because 20/20 came with the intention to harm, and the president of the CBBB is no idiot, nor am I.

  • @vaiol123 THE PRESIDENT OF THE BBB IS AN IDIOT...READ HIS BIO....HE WAS A SPOKESMAN FOR THE GOVMENT WHILE IT WAS DOING DIRTY THING SUCH AS TORTURE....HES A DIRT BAG FOR HIRE WHO GOES WHERE THE MONEY IS...END OF CONVERSATION

  • @vaiol123 So explain why some people with legitimate businesses had their C grade upgraded to an A+ after paying the member fee. Also, what about Wolfgang Puck's rating as well as that 5 star hotel? This is far from sensationalism.

  • @vaiol123 The BBB is nothing but a huge scam, common knowledge. But continue to piss in the wind if you wish.

  • @vaiol123 I once worked for a ticket brokerage in New York, all we did was scalp tickets and resell them at higher prices. We had terrible customer service, but an A rating. Why? Because we paid our fees.

It's not sensationalism, it's the obvious. This is non-news, anybody who has owned a small business and has dealt with the BBB knows, not suspects, that the BBB is a scam.

  • The BBB is a scam. As long as the business pays their BBB fees they will always keep their A rating, regardless of the unresolved complaints!!

  • MyWot.com

    Its trustworthy, check it out.

  • I filed a complaint against my car company with the BBB and they simply closed it and took it off the site. The company (a BBB member, of course) still has an A+ rating.

  • @llamala2010 I had the same thing happen, even after the owner of the business responded to the BBB complaint attacking me verbally, and admitting he did try and charge me for a part that did not need replacing. Yet he kept his A rating after ripping me off and abusing me verbally. Bayshore Goodyear Tire on bayshore blvd in Port St Lucie FL. 34984 a real crooked ripoff shop!

  • I had my own unbelievable experience with the LABBB. I reported on a scam artist unlicensed contractor, and after I did, giving them proof, they sent him a membership packet! He became a member and his grade became an A- even though he blatantly stole from me (and others). When I called them on it they lowered it to an "F" but ONLY after I called them on it. Also, the woman there, was willfully ignorant of contractor laws which is unforgiveable since 30% of scams are contractor related.

  • we are the answer to these problems

Nationwide business bureau also on facebook!

  • WHERE IS THE GOVERNMENT??? THERE IS NOW US LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT CARE ABOUT THIS??? SHAME SHAME SHAME ON BBB AND THE US GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!

  • Maybe if they have paid the BBB $500 for the extra 15 minutes of interview! They are shit!

  • I love how by 7:50 you can visibly observe the sweat on Steve Cox's face. These guys totally got stomped. Everyone should post this on Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Twitter, everywhere. These guys have been jipping poor consumers for years and years, awareness should be raised to the fact that an A+ rating from the BBB does NOT mean trust: it just means the business has money to burn.

  • At this point, an "F" from the BBB should be considered a badge of honor, and an "A" cause for suspicion.

  • My experience is that when you join the BBB you start with an A - everyone does and if you have customer complaints you can lose your A if you don't follow all the BBB process to resolve the customer complaint. I have used the BBB as a consumer and was happy with how they mediated the situation and the company I had an issue with did a great job resolving it and therefore their A rating was not tarnished. If a company is new to BBB then I know their A is not too meaningful.

  • Haha so true, they are the biggest scam yet

  • Here in phoenix the BBB is a joke. They even dateline to investigate companies who stand for service and ethics. Then they chop up the reel to make it seem as they wish. I am in advertising and you can make anything look good.

  • I need to report a Miami Florida HGH phone scam going by the phone number of: 954-250-0112. After asking me my age, the so called sales rep slammed the phone down in my face when I kept refusing their so called HGH product. I tried to call them back to tell them not to call my phone # again, but their # is constantly buzzy. My name is Priscilla Stokes, & my # were I can be reached is 870-200-1141 (cell phone).

  • They are a scam. They do not represent businesses or consumers well.

  • But when you see so many complaints on the BB and your google search turns up multiple complaints and bad reviews, sure enough, that company stinks and deserves an F rating !!!!

  • I LIKE THAT A LOT!!! THAT IS GOOD S__T!!!

  • Comment removed

  • punk the bbb lol

  • Look at PayPal: there are over seven hundred complaints, and yet it has an A+. It's pretty horrible.

  • They "F" themselves!

  • the fucken media is trying to put BBB on the hot seat

that's all they know how to do

  • Yes, so why isn't anything DONE about the BBB? So few people realize they are a sham.

  • LOL start at 4:05 then Look for dudes Ears at 4:16 lmao There red as hell and they were not before they asked the questions. lol!

  • those are the same people who will tell you that socialism is evil and socialized health care is bad...this is a predatory capitalism in action...

  • F = Free

  • Toll Brothers Crimes You Must See!

    Go to YouTube & Type:

    Looking For Schmucks

  • I know how they work, imo they are vindictive crooks....Who made them God?

They have been known to bully companies that are not members and those like mine who refuse to be members. When you call these people in Arlington Va or Washington D.C. they are absolutely unprofessional. I know the Ritz and can't imagine a F grade. That alone says they are crooks because the Ritz is world class..

  • We have found BBB have been absolutely corrupt through dealings with a web designer they rated as A+. That very company proved to be complicit. through our own experience we would not put any value on the BBB company ratings. It's of no value to the consumer. Find a company thru word of mouth, not the BBB.

  • bbb=big bad bums.....

they call me to put a add on their web site... for larg fee.....and they said they can chang the reviews.... what a crooks....now who is reviewing them....i give bbb= F- ... and if u pay me $500.. i will gladly chang u'er grad in to F+

  • bbb=big bad bums.....

they call me to put a add on their web site... for larg fee.....and they said they can chang the reviews.... what a crooks....

  • I've filed a complaint against a business only to have it closed BY THE BBB - and ironically, a BBB exec sits on the board of the company I complained against. There was no resolution to my complaint. I didn't even get a chance to respond. So don't tell me that the BBB isn't crooked. I know people who have PAID for their A+ ratings - small business owners gripe about it all the time. What they say here is true. CAN'T TRUST THE BBB - THEY'RE UNETHICAL AND CROOKED.

  • Hey sonic29210, what they're saying here is TRUE. Have you ever tried to file a complaint against the BBB against one of their "member" companies? It's sure hard to when some of the BBB administrators sit on some of those same business boards! You need to educate yourself. DON'T TRUST THE BBB.

  • I use the BBB all the time and I never had problems and my complaints have been taken care of. who knows whats going on behind the scenes

I do not believe the media they get paid to talk shit so who knows.

  • IF you haven't seen the latest of their scams. Check out their website. Look up "Programs and Services" , and see "Online Sponsorships". They are putting targeted ads on their website. I AM a member and this disgust and sicken me.....

  • Just like 20/20 to give one side. Years ago I worked for the BBB and 20/20 didn't give the whole story. If people knew how the BBB works then this one sided investigation would be mute. ABC is corrupt and play a dirty game for ratings and viewers..

  • @flowergirl8628 WOW that whole paragraph barely made sense.

  • This sounds a lot like VendorMate, a new 'accredidation' firm that supposedly vets vendors who serve the medical/hospital industry. It's more of a 'pay to work' scam. If you don't join, you don't get any work. But back to the BBB, this really is disappointing. There's no reason for it. They make plenty of money on membership fees. Going out and libeling small businesses borders on criminal behavior.

  • @tdktv

I believe in good companies too. But in my case BBB confused me and got involved me by that in dealing with scam people. I looked at the Co. score A+, i looked at a bunch of complaints on that Co. My assumption was that company's market share is probably huge. That's why i accepted the Co. salesman's verbal explanation of the contract terms and stopped insisting on having every term explicitly defined. Now i trapped because i trusted BBB. So i claim that BBB is a 'partner in scam'.

  • @tdktv

Have you got the refund already?

  • MerchantOne - totally insane Miami Bitch guys trying to rip me off with the forgery . The fact of furgery is easy to prove at BBB where the guys have A+(!) score. The guys said they will show their copy of the Agreement and the case will be closed.

Ok, i filed complaint with request to accept my copy of Agreement for fair decision.

NO, they did not ask me for that and in fact they obviously did not consider my complaint at all. So how they make up their statistics then?

  • I just had a horrible experience with the LA BBB. I had been ripped off by an unlicensed contractor (he basically took thousands of dollars and ran) and went to the LA BBB to help pressure this unlicensed contractor to do the right thing. What I found was that after giving the BBB cancelled checks, contracts, and proof of a large judgment I won from the contractor, they gave him an "A-" grade AFTER he because "accredited" (ie. PAID for a membership). Unbelievable.

  • I lost a prospect and the possibility of earning around $20,000 because our rating. I called BBB and they wanted to sell me a membership. BBB is worthless.

  • they never investigated Trilastin sirs so I'm suspicious.....

  • Same Company, Same Address One pays one doesn't. Paid Year, 2008 with 12 complaints A-, Unpaid Year 2007, 1 complaint longer membership B-

Look up DCI Warranty, and Motor Vehicle Services! Still doing it!

  • @tdktv What ever you do, DONT TRUST BBB they are a SCAM!!!

  • My company has been in business serving the public for 35 years (a memorial park) with zero complaints. What is our BBB rating? "No Rating." You can guess the reason why! (I'll help you: we didn't join, therefore the consumer gets nothing.) BBB has outlived its usefulness. People can identify scams and ripoffs more easily on the web, IMHO.

  • Comment removed

  • I was looking up a particular business rating on BBB website and they had a -B. 3 days it went for -B to A.

  • If you check out how they rate........a company can have lots of claims against them but it does not count for much if they have years of BBB payoffs. Another thing they do is shave off the amount of claims one of their pet companies have then they will say they were resolved.

  • They gave a contruction company that scamed me and others an A+rating. The company also is the Defendant in 13 lawsuits at the Court of Common Pleas in Doylestown PA.

I filed a claim just to see how fast BBB would close it against the Construction Company. They got the claim by email one day and closed it the next. Then I got the private note the construction company sent them.

  • This is fantastic. It's time the general population get educated on the scam that is the BBB. It's sad that I spoke w/the BBB and thought about becoming a member and I was told that they saw my website and was told that I could NOT use the BBB emblem on my website w/o "buying" their internet membership package.

How does that make any sense? If I'm a member already, why should I have to pay "EXTRA" to use the BBB logo? I'm already paying it?

  • see it's a money racket business

  • this is great, the BBB tried to hit me up for $400 and i didnt do it. Dont worry wolfgang, PUCK'em. Tell the BBB to go PUCK themselves. How can they get away with non profit status and make so much money?

  • You know though, it only takes them the "very next day" to raise their grade. So I'd say they are a pretty great business.

  • The BBB is not a government agency!

If you need someone to tell what company you should use, then you might deserve what you get. Ask for referrals before you buy.

Shame on the BBB! - It poses as if they were a government agency when really they are more like a "GOOD-OL-BOY" CLUB or a Public Union.

  • @Rooofer Yes shame on the bbb GET lost bbb they are unworthy of the consumers trust!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You can't trust anyone nowadays.

  • this shit happens everywhere!

  • And dont you think if any business could buy an A for a couple hundred bucks they would ALL have A ratings? They didn't say if any of the accredited businesses had bad ratings or talk about how many non-accredited have good ones or why. They didn't even have the other end of the phone audible when the business owners were on the phone only them asking "So this will improve my grade" and even if the answer was yes they didn't explain why. Did this guy go to Crazy Daves school of journalism?

  • That is some serious second rate reporting. They didn't go into detail about how the rating system actually works, 95% of their evidence is heresay, they only used 12 seconds of their 45 min interview with the BBB pres, they made him look bad for leaving only when the time was up, they used DICK BLUMENTHAL for testimony against them (The guy that wanted to tax execs at 100%). This REAKS of an agenda. Buyer beware and viewer beware.

  • The Ritz Carlton 5 Star Hotel gets an F grade? And Wolfgang Puck gets an F?

OK, that's it. I am not going again to Hawaii's Ritz Carlton, or eat any more of Puck's food. My next vacation will be in McComb, Mississippi at the Hwy 51 Motel with the sign outside that says EAT.

  • The State and Local goverment need to take BBB out of this world they should not be rating any business what so ever...

  • @6kfc301 The BBB is not nor has ever been a government agency. They stay in business because people use them, trust them. I like this report and I hope all people find out about it.

  • @Rooofer don't trust the bbb

  • @Rooofer are they backed up by government?

  • The best thing to do is to use your brain and talk to friends/co-workers/family members and ask them, "Hey...I need a XXX Contractor to do some work at my house. Who have you used?"

    It's that simple.

  • The BBB is just like the mafia. They strong arm, they extort, and they make you pay to play. If you want to know the truth, get an interview with former call center employees from the BBB.

  • The BBB is a racket, plain and simple. They are not impartial and are not providing a "public service", if they were, they would not require someone to pay them to get a better rating. They require companies to self police, etc. This has been going on for years - google bbb complaints and see sites that have been collecting this type of stuff for years. It's great that the public finally gets to see what they are really like.

  • The Better Business Bureau is not the Mafia! Since 1912; they recieve 100's of calls daily from consumers checking on Various Company Reliabilty Reports. They are the World's Largest Trusted Consumer Agency that people rely on for information on a company or charity locally or nationally. All calls are Free of charge. A Toll Free Publice Service.

  • Glad to see the BBB scam getting exposed, they have been lying to America for too long. Thanks 20/20

  • @sfaunce146 I strongly agree!!!!!!! I'm disabled and they took my money for a fake arbitration. The government needs to shut them down!!!

  • Respond to this video...The government needs to shut them down!!!!!!!!!!! they scammed me

  • There is nothing wrong with BBB as a whole. If you listen closely its almost all about California. Its a shame that the Los Angeles BBB President cares more about money than the people that support them and simply want to be know as a respected business thats honest and eithical. In other words; don't allow a few selfish people and an edited ABC interview miscrude your judgement. The BBB has been and always be about making fairness and respect to those who deserve it.

  • I know of numerous companies that are really great companies that have an "F" with the BBB. I have asked a couple of the owners why and they told me the same thing... they did not pay the BBB the blood money they were demanding to get their grades up. Everyone should share this link on their Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace, etc. and let the word out how crooked the BBB actually is!

  • Comment removed

  • OMG i feel so betrayed by these BBB scam artists!!! I always used them as way to judge whether a business is a scam or not. Now i know they are the SCAM!! Disgusted!!!!

  • @Sweetpotatertot So did you end up getting scammed by the businesses they recommended because that probably should've tipped you off. If NOT then maybe you should consider the highly edited and very poor reporting in this video might be spinning their agenda a little much. I'm skeptical of the BBB but I'm also skeptical of this report. Build a straw house and blow it down is terrible way to make your case and you only ending up fooling the fools.

  • yeah our company has been in business for 20 years and we have a F rating and they sent us a letter telling us we need to become accredited so cunsumers can "trust" our company lol we didnt do it we knew that BBB has been a total scam and the dude was busted and couldnt say anything

  • I guess the service cannot be provided for free. Consumers report is the same way. I have read it and they sometimes dont have a report on a group, I dont think they automatically give them an F!

  • The BBB, total scam. I believe it. They docked me when I said I didn't want to pay! I hope they get sued or get closed down by the government soon.

  • @iggiesrule Are you serious?? So if a consumer sees a PG-13 movie they would consider to be R they are being misled by the MPAA and they should also be sued or shut down? You think the government should swoop in to save us from ourselves because we have no control over researching companies on our own? How about lets take responsibility for our own decisions instead. If they are that bad the word gets out and they fail. We dont need to pay the government to do the work of the free market

  • Not only does this unfairly assess reputable businesses who have little or no complaints, but it also lets horrible businesses with hundreds of complaints to misrepresent themselves to consumers. Perfect example: look up Tiger Direct at the BBB website. You’ll see that they have hundreds of complaints, have been sued by the Florida Attorney General, & have orders against them by the Federal Trade Commission. Their grade? As of this date it’s an A. They are paying members (“accredited”) Go figure

  • Even if you don’t own a business, consumers should also beware. If you become involved in a dispute with a business, never choose to settle it through BBB arbitration. BBB records show that in the majority of cases they’ve decided in favor of the business (because that is who supports their salaries). Some businesses know this & put it in their contracts that disputes will be settled through BBB arbitration & not court. If a business puts such a BBB clause in your contract, stay clear of them!

  • You do not even need a complaint against you for this to happen to you. My friend who owns a business called the BBB just to inquire about a membership. They asked him for his business name/address & he gave it to them but he needed time to decide whether he wanted it or not & call ended without a commitment. Within days afterwards, his business name/address appeared at the BBB website with a C grade with 0 complaints. He then paid $385 for annual membership & his grade went to A+ the next day.

  • scaaaaaammers !!! And there went their credibility... BBB ratings are scams and cannot be trusted in the future !!!

  • Our company ended up with an F from one day to the next because of complaints from less than 1/2 of 1% of our customer base. We also found that even if we made a customer happy after a complaint, the complaint still counted against us - BTW they are not the only "Non-profit" that is very profitable.

  • @eagleidahomusic

I've had similar experiences with the company I'm with. The BBB is a huge scam.

  • that is such a scam. i can't believe the amount of money those fuckers are making! stupid bbb

  • this is fucking bullshit!!! why hasn't the F.B.I. investigate this for false representation false information, and misleading the consumers??? corporate America bullshit!

  • @TheCyberGuys I agree with you. They took my money then scammed me. We the consumers need to start a CLASS ACT SUIT AGAINST THE BBB FOR ALL THOSE THAT HAS BEEN WRONGED BY THE BBB.

  • What bullshit. I can't believe their salaries.

  • @spintek I agree
