  • In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the multiplayer map Karachi contains areas of "Shock and Awe" outside its map boundaries.

  • Why didn't they close the f**king door? That would of helped. A lot.

  • I've been playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 since launch! I just now downloaded the brand new MapPack from codmw2freedlYcom (replace Y with . ) , and I must tell you that these brand-new maps are a Have to have! Be sure to read the directions to make sure it works with steam, to help you play with buddies like I do.

  • @ronnielesko734777 is this spam, or a legit user? =P I'll assume a legit user unless informed otherwise... I was under the impression the new stimulus package was for 360 only until later released for other platforms?

  • epic scene!!!!

  • @tommy93xs Totally, ay.

  • Gaz is my favorite character, in the training, "your melee skills on fruits are acceptable

  • its "your fruit killin' skills are remarkable"

  • @VarrockStudios Oh man, you have no idea how many times my mate's have quoted that line at each other =D

  • I enjoy sas missions... They are smart and stealth. And I enjoed all ghillief up.. So sad how all sas died at the end exept for soap. Stupid alasad put nuke to kill Jackson... And griggs is my best friend, then he gets shot when he was sparying m249 saw. Nicely done.

  • @Galoot5 MacTavish survived.. WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW

  • @xXMcNoobXx Macdavish is in britan, this is iraq. lol

  • @Galoot5 yea but u said all the SAS die but Soap

  • lol maybe he was thinking of zombies

  • Really? I really enjoyed the SAS missions... I loved their accents! "It's good... but it's not hard to improve on garbage!"

  • lol he should have said rubbish

  • first time i played the mission i did not expect that to happen O_o

  • Where exactly? Can you throw in a timecode (eg 2:51) to show us when?

  • wow at the first sight of the aftermath i thought i would fight with weapon a with low ammo and health

  • that was the most epic and scariest mission i ever experience... but for me i completed the game :)

  • Just got this game and played this part last night. Needless to say, that was a shocker that your character was allowed to die.....when you get out of that chopper and look up in the sky, you really get the feeling that you're doomed. Great game all around. Definitely Game of the Year material.

  • I believe there is a GOYT edition for the Xbox360, and Infinity Ward is very deserving of that too!

  • So there really isnt nothing to aftermath, just to show you jackson's fina moments? or is there like a hidden achievment or sumthin

  • Not that I'm aware of. I believe the aftermath is really just to put you in the mindset of Jackson and to give you that final that is really is... well, final. Most people probably wouldn't accept the bomb as the ending... so putting you into his head during his final moments is really... well, amazingly done. Brilliant concept! I also love the use of crazy colour filters...

  • I wonder if they crested that hill when the bomb went off if the would live...probably not though

  • i appreciate infinity ward making us sound so professional over the com but in reality the f-bomb would be 3 out of 4 words.

  • I don't quite follow. What do you mean?

  • Ah, after re-reading it I follow... Hah, yeah very good point :P

  • I've never played the game, but this makes me want to.

Was he wounded from the explosion, or the crash? That's what I'm wondering.

  • He's quite the tank... I'd say that the crash would have very seriously knocked him about, but radiation levels would explain some of the blurry vision. (and chatter on the fuzzy radio makes reference to radiation contamination zones)

Call of Duty 4 is a brilliant game (one of the best titles of 2007!) and I suggest you get into it! Even better is the online Xbox Live gameplay... endless amounts of fun to be had there!

  • must have felt like hell for jackson,

    wounded,

    barely able to walk,

ruins of the city every where,

    sand and radiation everywhere,

    bodies and many dead,

the sky littered with red clouds,

ghostly sounds of children at play,

and a mushroom cloud out in the distance.

  • How poetic :P

  • great quality

  • Thanks for the feedback!

  • so do they like all die and your caracter?????

  • In COD4 you play as two characters: Soap of the S.A.S. & Sgt. Paul Jackson of the U.S.M.C. This allows the game to unfold from two very different perspectives. In this video you witness the death (a spoiler, perhaps...) of hundreds, if not thousands of U.S.M.C. soldiers and personnel, not to mention local too. Infinity Ward really pulled though here - did an amazing job at making it feel (and sound) as realistic as possible. Try playing it 5.1 on a huge screen and you'll see what I mean.

  • Thanks for uploading this, was looking for a good version of that nuke explosion :D

  • Glad you enjoyed it! Make sure you play though the game on the hardest difficulty... play the game like it was supposed to be played ;-) Have a good one.

  • Thank you for uploading this scene in its entirety, just about no other video on youtube includes the loading screens between Shock & Awe and Aftermath

  • Hey mate... no problem! I'm glad someone else noticed it too. I noted that every other video was either incomplete, (you really have to play though the whole scene to fully understand it, hey) low image quality (even some videos boasted "High Quality") bad audio, 4:3 and very un-cinematic (lack of colour correction) so I thought I'd get out the hardware to capture it. Thanks for the feedback!
