depends on where your from. but first off you have to go to china to get to nk, since there are no other direct flights or trains (most likely) into nk. It surely is possible to get there though, but you may not like the trip since it will be very limited to what you do. for example, you are not allowed to come in contact with any north Koreans besides that ones that have been authorized to interact with you. they arent even allowed to look at you.

Give yourself to them to be put in an asylum? lol would probably just laugh and tell you to go away. or china would lock you up first for insanity. nk is touchy on who is in their country, and even outside commies are turned away. From what i read of nk, the only people that can "safely" be there are north koreans and mayby chinese. if you are neither i highly doubt youll be able to stay for any reason other than the few days allowed as a tourist. Give it shot though, put it on youtube lol.
