I think it is crazy. It is "American" Idol because we Americans vote for them, not that you have to be a natural born American. Ramiele wasn't born in America, Syesha, Chieze, Jason and David A. all had one or more foreign parents. Michael Johns has lived here for ten years and has married an American wife, which makes him American. It must have been the accents, but I'll never understand the whole "they can win" because they aren't American enough.
