@Gladeator123 If it helps, the shooting range is entirely optional and it seems to be the only part of the game that just doesn't work. You can just skip it, you won't miss anything.
@Gladeator123 The resolution is maxed at 640x480, there's no way to up it. No targets in the shooting range is a weird bug, I had it before. It's supposed to be something related to CPU speed... slowing the game down works - because I was running FRAPS to record it, it was slow enough for the shooting range to work, apparently.
Why don't the best games work on good computers...sigh

eh, he just stands there gun in the air and no targets come up. know how to adjust resolution as well?

@Gladeator123 Right click will get you to draw your weapon, left click shoots whatever is over the cursor.
