The climate of where the theme park is gonna be is not really a big issue because they can make any climate they want.( fake rain or snow, and controlled temperature.)

That's a ridiculous comment, the United States is HUGE, the climate is different everywhere you go. Florida is hot, and New York is cold, somewhere between there medium.
