I know he hasn't broke real long runs yet, but if you remember the first half of the season, it was all Stewart, then D-Will tore it up the second half of the season. It's still early. Actually, he was injured as he was inactive against Tampa Bay. Use your head for once. Adrian Petersen might have an ankle injury but it doesn't seem to be an injury to sideline him.
Adrian Petersen had 13 carries for 19 yards. Also if we want to make comparisons between these two backs.. let's look at last year.
Adrian Petersen averaged 4.8 yards while DeAngelo Williams averaged 5.2 yards. I don't want to hear that his carries are split, because EVERYONE stacks the line against Carolina.

the way AP has been playing this year..i would not put him even in the top 5. he hasnt been getting too many carries but hes just not playing well. Jonathan Stewart has been just fucking ridiculous thoo. and jerome harrison is good but gets 35 carries a game. Jamal Charles is the BEST runningback in the league if he performs how he did for the 8 weeks he started. Look up his stats hes better than Chris Johnson. He average more than 10 yards a carry his last game.

ap has been starting since he came into the league, getting at least 3/4 of the carries, while deangelo was riding the bench for his first 2 years. it's only after foster got fired that dlo got to shine, and he's been sharing carries w/stewart so its not wonder AP has more yards/better stats in most categories

I'm not going to compare D-Will to Peterson but I do believe that D-Will is one of the elite backs in league. I know he hasn't broke real long runs yet, but if you remember the first half of the season, it was all Stewart, then D-Will tore it up the second half of the season. It's still early. It's not how you start it's how you finish.
