If governments really want to get a handle on climate change, then they should eliminate energy wastage. The easiest way this can be achieved is by regulating the abuse of outdoor lighting. Outdoor lighting should only be applied sparingly, on a needs must basis, where needed, when needed, and in the correct amounts. Seeing politicians spouting forth about climate change in floodlit parliamentary buildings is the height of hypocracy. Colin Henshaw
