like many of the Lord's 'mysteries', with persistence and fortitude (the desire to uncover) in His time, He is gracious to let us discover them. your struggle to let Him express himself in you is an inspiration to me. if these paintings came easy to you, i don't think that there would be much of Him in them. i know you have a strong will, it's not a bad thing, it's how He made you. just in dealing with Him, we need to let loose of ours and to succumb to His.
