Could the murderer be one of the police officers? I mean, they're able to move quickly through their route. It even seemed so that, a police officer (probably the same) was always at the spot of the murder. Strange, because those streets don't have that many police officers. The murderer would be suited for that kind of disguise. After all, wear the bagde and become the law! >:)

This game has a massive amount of game ending glitches. I just got my 5 game ending glitch. Thankfully I have numerous saves or I'd be screwed. The part where you're suppose to apply the testimony of all your witnesses it won't let me apply the T. Long testimony.

If you have an xbox 360, don't put the witnesses in the same order as they are in the video! The game will glitch and it will not allow you to get past this part. Make sure you put E. Long's testimony in the first slot, not the last.

iv got the same problem i have it on xbox and i have done the first 2 but the last one it wont let me put e. long's down, it must be a fault in the game, i had the same problem with a tomb raider game :(
