Its easy if you're not a south korean citizen, all you need to do is set your tour up with a british run tour agency called koryo tours which is based in beijing. no theyre not commies, theyre a regular tour agency, and they set up everything for you. i went there one year ago, im of american descent, and no, the fbi havent looked me up recently
there's a main road that goes from the Siem Reap airport into Siem Reap - along the road there are many giant hotels and giant restaurants - this is among them.... it's on the main road, just look for the sign.

@Pudlis16 I can almost guaruntee you never went to North Korea. If you did, it was illegal, risky, and the FBI should be at your door momentarily.
