Ya, I think so. A lot of historic things have happened here including a bad train derailment destroying the station.

If you are talking about the video when BN still had the E9's, that was taken at Fairview Avenue... which is just east of Main Street. Since that incident, trains no longer stop short of grade crossings... rather pulling up completely to block any access.

Yes, it did happen in Downers. It happened at the Fairview ave station which is the next stop eastbound.
