This man is an idiot. A car is nothing like a cow. We know by engineering how to change a car into a submarine. It will take a feww weeks, maybe even months to do, but we already know the process. A cow reproduces (which is a huge part of evolution). A car does not reproduce. If we slowly change its habitat. Each generation would have a slightly different genome, and we might have a whale. This is of course artificial selection, not natural selection.

The Bible is necessarily part of the "ontology" for understanding God. Your question seems to suppose that the Bible need not be applicable, that God can be fully derived from nature?
