My family lived under Nicaragua´s communism and I didn't like it. Zelaya´s ideas are a communist country. He betrayed to all the citizens and use their feet treat all the Honduras government institutions. Once he even said: Nobody here can take to jail. I dare to anybody to try.

Zeleya is a very well spoken and intelligent leader who attempts to speak the will of the people.

Honduras is largely controlled by six families and their extended networks. Mr. Zeyela wants to give the people more voice and those "elites" less voice. How can this be opposed?

As for all arrests being done by cops carrying guns, I would point out that the military and the police have very different agendas, training, tactics, and goals. This is why, for example, the United States used to have posse comentatus that made it illegal for military to enforce the responsibilites of police.

All that said, the closer to tyranny a country is, the more its police and military look alike.

Oh andy...Please do not speak of things you know nothing about. First, IT WAS NOT A COUP! There is NO provision is Honduran constitution for impeachment which is where Zelaya was headed. After he abused his power was ASKED to step down. Then, and only then, was it deemed necessary to have the military remove him.

DeMint truly is a piece of work. The "only thing the coup leaders didn't get quite right" was having soldiers shoot their way into the presidential mansion and kidnapping the elected president, in his pajamas and at gunpoint, putting him on an airplane and sending him into exile.
