i don't think that patch is damage from relaxers from the past. i think its just that everyone has a part in their hair that is course or extremely frizzy hair. you just have to do more manipulation

Great video! When I went curly 5 months ago I didn't have a clue what to do with my hair after years of straightening it! I have that same patch in the back of my hair. curly or straight. It had always been the hardest to manage It has a mind of it's own...just crazy!!!! I've also heard a lot of other naturals say they have it too. I figure it's just a different texture, I have 3 different curls patterns. I've just learned to love it too-lol
