I agree. I really hope this game can capture the feel of the books. I think a LW game in the style of the Witcher 2 could be amazing. I have little interest in playing it if it's going to be an Elder Scrolls clone.

What's this going to be? MMORPG? Standard RPG? First-person?

Little concerned. There are things about pencil-and-paper that don't translate very well to a $60 console blockbuster (note the at best mixed reactions to Blood Bowl). And it's going to need some serious staying power just to get through the first 12 books, much less 20 (much less 28!).

When I first read the books, I was a child. Now I'm in my late 30s. Hope this game will bring back those fond childhood memories. Now I regret not keeping those Lone Wolf comic strips that I did back then.

Ive waited a million years for literally ANYTHING like this. There is a TON of material so I they dont make something that sucks.. seeing as theres so much dialog/story, npc, etc provided. It's going to come down to game play. With that said even if it was kind of lame I'll probably buy it for nostalgic reasons. After all I can still always go back to the books, which i occasionally do.
