@TrueJLD thank you for actually commenting on the quality of the video!!!!!!!!!! the rest of the posters are pathetic!!!!!! the young ambassadors are so talented!!!! its amazing and all people care about is arguing about gay people and legal things!!!!! it really is rediculous.
I absolutely Love the Young Ambassadors. I went to see their show called Curtain Time years ago and I still remember every single song!:) They are amazing.
i have seen the Young Ambassadors live, and ive been to 2 of their summer workshops. give them a little more respect for their hard work. with this stupid economy they cant do the highest quality of performances, but the dancing, singing, and acting is TOP NOTCH. when you hear them live or on a professional CD they are absolutely fantastic. the quality of this video (no offense errikag) isnt great, but its a preview to the truth that they are one of the best musical theatre groups in the nation!
wow people. i would like to direct this to the people who are giving the Mormons crap just because they did what they thought was right. I AM MORMON! we chose for ourselves what we wanted.
now, personally if you are gay, i dont mind! i honestly dont! some of the sweetest, funniest, smartest, and most fun people i know are gay, and if a Mormon hates gays, they do not understand the point of being Mormon.
please stop pissing about them, they just did what they thought was the right thing to do!
I know I'm casting pearls before swine here but the LDS church is against gay rights because being gay is an outright sin. It is wrong and unacceptable. Won't you gay rights supporters be surprised when you get judged in Heaven.

kinda amatuerish.
Looks like Stephen Schwartz was unable to get the licensed taken away from BYU. Too bad. The Mormons shouldn't be able to profit at the expense of the gay community, after their hateful campaign to take away gay rights.
I love This One Just Like When I saw Becca Schwartz! both of you desrve to be on Broadway! My best friend is Mormon Also I have been To Church With her and Loved It!

It's time for the Mormon Church to 'Defy It's Own Gravity' and either stop using the music and lyrics belonging to brilliant composers and lyricists like Stephen Schwartz, or FINALLY change it's tired, OLD Dogma. I can guarantee you, he would not look kindly on a bigoted 'cult' like the Mormon church giving life to music, when they're so clearly incapable of joining the rest of the 'World.'
The Mormon Chruch uses a ton of there own stuff... Sure BYU uses others.. yet give the others credit.. your just an ANti Mormon person who wont givce them credit its a good performance.
@showho The Rights to the songs from this musical as well as every musical are public domain and anybody can sing them. I agree that Stephan Schwartz is a brilliant composer, but who are you to be able to speak for him and put words into his mouth? You have no right to do that. I have many very good friends that belong to that Church and they are the most respectable people that I know. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion and their own religion, but keep the slander to yourself, please
@yodamonkey8 Stephen Schwartz's work and other musicals ARE NOT public domain. If you do your homework (which you obviously have not,) you will learn that copyright laws and regulations are in place precisely so people have to actually pay for the rights to perform them in a public venue. Composers like Stephen Schwartz, Mark Shaiman and more are actively restricting their works from being licensed by bigoted groups like The Mormon Church. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
@showho This group paid royalties to perform this song (BYU has an ACSAP agreement). From Stephen Schwartz's site:
"The producers of the show...permit no more than THREE (3) songs from WICKED to be performed in any single event.... Your group may perform up to three songs without further permission. However, there is a royalty fee to be paid to ASCAP...[unless] the venue is already set up [with an ASCAP agreement], [then they] don’t need to pay a fee"
