Those are Seymour Duncan Detonator (HB108), stock pickups from the Jackson Warrior Xt. They sound great for a 600$ guitar, but they've got a bit too much of high end output.. It defenitely lacks in middle frequencies but hey, it was my first "good" guitar, so it's not bad! :P The warrior you talk about is a WRMG, a 900$ guitar, one step higher from the WRXT. (BTW, I know I'm damn late, but I wasn't on internet for a long time).

I've been learning alone for all the time I play, and I worked on this picking for long before I noticed it was wrong.. I'm still struggling against it. My next vids will be wayyy differents, that's why I don't do any vids for now. :) -- Jim
well nop, it's a cheap Jackson Warrior Xt model. A good start I guess but I'm gonna change it soon, maybe for an SG model of Gibson, sounds clean and loud! :)
Nah, get a super strat. Gibson sucks for shred (except some of their Les Pauls). I would recommend an Ibanez RG prestige model. They're sick. Also, the seven strings are pretty sweet (Ibanez).
Well it depend on the albums.. Luke used 2 tuning.. All albums were tuned Half-step down on each strings, like Slayer. The "probing tranquility" album is tuned a Whole-step down (2 frets) on each strings. :)

Nice playing, a few mistakes, but it was quite well all around.
I did seem to notice that your picking hand seemed a bit stressed, I've had that problem all the time.
Either way, better than I could do, nice cover.
