Yes, I permed it in the Philippines. :) Just go to any salon that offer "digital perm."

Anyway, you can try going to a Korean salon (Tony & Jackey, Ark Salon), but I got my perm done the first time in Basement Salon (Shangri-la, Ortigas) and the second time in Piandre (Salcedo, Makati).

Aww, that's alright. You can tweak it to suit your hair too. Maybe instead of tying all your hair up, just do some half pigtails and work from there. ^_^
