Yes, this was "experimental"; apparently, Jack Webb thought the theme and opening was a bit too "hokey", and reworked it- Gibney later delivered "the results" of what happened after the arrest of the suspect, or the "coroner's inquest", or "the hearing"...it certainly sounded more authentic than "File it, Ben".
