Over 50 mistakes refs made in favor of turkey that is bullshit and shame. Second coach of turkey is a Serb. Moreover you are not even close to Serbia in sports and medals in basketball or any other sport.

@reddwarf50 serbia should be the last nation that blames others for refs' supports. remember 2002 yug-argentina final (awful goaltending and tackling decisions within last 30 sec) and also in 1995 final against lithuania (thanks to borislav stankovic influence) gold medal was given to serbs as a gift by the referees. if you are old enough you can remember lithuanian players' and neutral host audience's protests against ref and serbs during the match.

Haha, that's just BS. Greek fans were against Yugoslavia since start of the game and both teams had two technical fouls, but Yugoslavia got those only because referees wanted balance. Sabonis made clear offensive foul and after referee blowed his whistle on that, Sabonis started to jump like a little child. Greek funs were realy unfair in game, because they couldn't take a fact they lost in semis at their home court . Yugoslavia beat both, Greece and Lithuania, twice.

it's known that serbs and corats have the best basketball coaches..and this great coaching starts at an early age..i think that fundamentally in the 90's every player from former yougoslavia had better knowlege of the game than any other nation in the world..if you disagree just look at the names of guys that were in the league.. petrović danilović rađa kukoč divac just to name the few..every player from croatia or serbia was a star player in his team.

They where great players but in my opinion there were better players than Bodiroga and Obradovic. For example Predrag Danilovic, Vlade Divac, Dojrdevic, Dalipavic etc.. In fact all the players from Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro were and are supergreat players who knows all the fundamentals of the game, thats why the great YUGOSLAVIA was a real european DREAM TEAM and the youngs Serbias team(silver in eurobasket) will be a contender in the next WBC in Turkey 2010.
