Hi.I noticed that you keep saying this aspirin method,gives you soft skin.But what about radiant\glowing skin.We all want smooth\soft skin.But we also would love to have radiant skin as well.I know what exfoliating does to the skin,but somethings are better at exfoliating than others.Do you find that it makes your skin brighter.
I'm a man that is basically gonna start manually removing body hair with hands (i know its crazy but it doesnt hurt me) I want to exfoliate to prevent ingrown hairs and apply to places like my chest, stomach, legs, everywhere. WHAT IS A GOOD CREME OR BRAND TO USE FOR THAT?
@roush26 have you tried NAIR men shower power? also try any cream hair remover they arent painfull either. as far as exfoliation use loofahs with shower gels and body scrubs from maybe st ives or any brand ... i have heard pumice stone is an excellent exfoliator but can be slightly harsh/painful on the skin. its very diff to prevent ingrowths, laser treatments are the best option cuz even waxing/shaving etc gives ingrowths
thanks for this tip, i've been searching for exfoliating creams & have tried many shop bought ones! I was surprised to hear that Asprin does the trick & will give it a try! When I was training to be a hairdresser my tutor told us that if you have a dry flakey scale (Dandruff) then crush an Asprin up into a regular shampoo, give it a good shake before each use & that will clear your scalp better than anti dandruff shampoos! Luckily my scalp isnt dry/flaky but I just wanted to share this tip too!

I know that if you have acne or breakouts it's better not to scrub your face otherwise the bacteria spreads all over your face and you can end up with more breakouts, so if that's your case you can use a clay mask ,it exfoliates skin naturally, I personally prefer Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque from kiehls, it has help me a lot :)
How do you deal with blackheads? I neglected my skin for a long time and blackheads accumulated and now they're very deep and I can't seem to get rid of them.
I get my face wet, soaped, and scrub LIGHTLY with a Scotch-Brite scouring pad ( green) on Saturdays, once a week. I rinse and put on a mixture of half-water-half glycerin. Glycerin= pharmacy = 2-3 dollars. It is the number one ingredient of many moisturizers. I keep this scrub in the bathroom with a corner cut off so I know it's not for the kitchen! I have been doing this for twenty years and still get compliments on my skin. Oh yeah, hats help to keep the sun off and your skin younger-looking.

@getgirly Asprin totally works. Check out Michelle Phan's video about it. It has the same ingredient in it as many acne cleansers on the market. Give it a try. :)

I watched this video some time ago... I would say maybe a year ago!!! I have been doing this every week since. I absolutely LOVE this! My skin is so smooth and looks great! Also an added benefit is if I get little break outs, they clear up so fast without scaring! LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Thank you so much for this inexpensive tip! One bottle lasts for months! (and only for $1 at the Dollar Store!)
white granulated sugar is also good :) u can mix a teaspoon with ur facial wash then rub gently on ur face (ur body too but just add more sugar).. makes ur skin softer too..

Mechanical exfoliation (including the one suggested in this video) causes incredible damage to the epidermis and leaves it open to all the things your skin is there to keep out.
People of course can do as they please but I suggest they have a look at the benefits of exfoliation using AHA's and BHA's (your skin type determines which acid is the best to use).
@aussiedonna50 Aspirin is salicylic acid aka Beta Hydroxy Acid, BHA. The grit isn't rough enough to scratch, really. The texture isn't what exfoliates your skin with an aspirin scrub or mask. It's the SA that does the work.

@Neonazu NO! Aspirin is completely different than Panadol. Panadol, Tylenol are all another brand name for paracetamol (acetaminophen). Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory drug and it is the brand name for salicilic acid.

@JerseyyGiirls i was the same, i tried everything and nothing worked untill...dum dum dum...i used the 3 step anti-blemish kit from clinque, although i only use the face wash and clarifying lotion, kinda like their version of a toner, i don't use the 3rd product which is a moisturiser, instead i use the vanishing cream from lush. I use all 3 items AM & PM and noticed results from about 2-3 weeks in, almost four months later and my skin has never been better.
@JerseyyGiirls ran out of characters lol. But i also wanted to tell you to try to steam your face 1-2 times week, drop in a tea tree toner tab in the water, you can get this at lush, and after you steam you can use the water for around 3 days after if you keep it in the fridge, i rinse my face with about a 1/6th of a 500 ml bottle each time after washing it and i let it dry naturally before using the clarifying lotion on a cotton pad.
I steam on sunday and wednesday, but if you can only manage once then thats fine, try to do it twice though untill your face improves. If your not sure on how to steam you face reply back, remember use kettle water to get full steam. After you steam use the face mask cosmetic warrior from lush, you can alternate with the cupcake mask once you skin improves as a treat, smells soo good! also from lush grease lighting is a spot gel that really does work
I've never heard of using asprin... but if it works, it's worth a shot. I also *hate* St. Ives Apricot Scrub! IMO, it doesn't later enough and the pellets hurt. Sometimes, even when I try to keep them away from my eyes, I get them in my eyes. Painful.
Another great exfoliator is granulated sugar (plain white sugar). Use about a tablespoon. You can even mix it in your face wash or a teaspoon of Dawn antibacterial soap. It'll slowly dissolve while you scrub away dead skin. Doesn't cause acne! =)
Wow! I just tried this and it actually worked! I had really bad dead skin around my eyebrows and it's completely gone!:D
Btw: the aspirin I used had the coating on the top, but if you break it in half and stir it around some in your hand it works great. Mixing in honey makes your face super soft and it sticks!:)

@nicolecookx3 This it true but the spots will go. Just make sure to use a mask a few weeks before an event or something. Then just use the mask once or twice a week and you'll have lovely baby skin :D
@MsSheix one very small asprin caplet is easier and safer to use becuas of teh mg. and honey is a mostirizer and helps asprin stick to your face and only use this mask once a week. and go check out michell phans channel she has a very good diy tutorial up on how to make this ^

Lol yea it's meant to be swallowed but medicine is so bad for u especially ibuprofen it eats the inside lining of your stomach. & every medicine has effects later in life. Anyway... Aspirin is bad to put on ur skin if u do it it should be like twice a month. Another thing is getting any kind of vitamins crushing it put it into a bowl and put flour, milk and baby powder n apply 2 face 4 15-20 min do u can do this 2 or 3x a week n u will c results OR if u do not want to become whiter do not put baby powder cause baby powder makes u whiter. Another thing is if u want to get rid of the black bags ubder your eyes that are caused by lack of sleep the apply baby powder daily under your eyes n u will c results. Thx

nice video. Thx for the tips. If anyone wants to make there skin look shiny and smooth the best thin to use is rose water and belive me u will c fast results. @LaurenT9617 probably not... the idea of using aspirin is beacause it has Salicylic acid. Acids are used because they promote cellular regeneration. So if panadol has salicylic acid it should work :)

OK I WISH I had taken before and after closeups of my eyes and my forehead, I have good skin but I was starting to get creases around my eyes and on my forehead, but they're pretty much gone now, I can't believe it, and it only took a couple of weeks, and my pores on my cheeks don't look as big either, everyone this works exactly as she says it does, just follow miss chievous directions exactly and you can't go wrong

In the US you can get a bottle of uncoated aspirin at WalMart for about $2. Use 3 or 4, they're smaller than what she uses, and they take more like 2 or 3 seconds to dissolve, and this absolutely works. Best makeup tip I ever got.
@nessieoc well this stuff is good but when you don't need to resort to this your fine. Make up can be harmful so careful. As for the aspirin a way to exfoliate while evening skin tone is dissolving the aspirin with lemon juice.

but what if you have acne? ive been trying to get rid of my acne for SUCH a long time! ive tried so many creams, masks, and ive also tried proactive ... and it just wont go away!! does anyone have any tips or like maybe what they've used... THAT ACTUALLY DOES WORK?? haha THANKS :DD

@JerseyyGiirls i was the same, i tried everything and nothing worked untill...dum dum dum...i used the 3 step anti-blemish kit from clinque, although i only use the face wash and clarifying lotion, kinda like their version of a toner, i don't use the 3rd product which is a moisturiser, instead i use the vanishing cream from lush. I use all 3 items AM & PM and noticed results from about 2-3 weeks in, almost four months later and my skin has never been better.

@JerseyyGiirls ran out of characters lol. But i also wanted to tell you to try to steam your face 1-2 times week, drop in a tea tree toner tab in the water, you can get this at lush, and after you steam you can use the water for around 3 days after if you keep it in the fridge, i rinse my face with about a 1/6th of a 500 ml bottle each time after washing it and i let it dry naturally before using the clarifying lotion on a cotton pad.

I steam on sunday and wednesday, but if you can only manage once then thats fine, try to do it twice though untill your face improves. If your not sure on how to steam you face reply back, remember use kettle water to get full steam. After you steam use the face mask cosmetic warrior from lush, you can alternate with the cupcake mask once you skin improves as a treat, smells soo good! also from lush grease lighting is a spot gel that really does work

I've never heard of using asprin... but if it works, it's worth a shot. I also *hate* St. Ives Apricot Scrub! IMO, it doesn't later enough and the pellets hurt. Sometimes, even when I try to keep them away from my eyes, I get them in my eyes. Painful.
Another great exfoliator is granulated sugar (plain white sugar). Use about a tablespoon. You can even mix it in your face wash or a teaspoon of Dawn antibacterial soap. It'll slowly dissolve while you scrub away dead skin. Doesn't cause acne! =)

Wow! I just tried this and it actually worked! I had really bad dead skin around my eyebrows and it's completely gone!:D
Btw: the aspirin I used had the coating on the top, but if you break it in half and stir it around some in your hand it works great. Mixing in honey makes your face super soft and it sticks!:)

@nicolecookx3 This it true but the spots will go. Just make sure to use a mask a few weeks before an event or something. Then just use the mask once or twice a week and you'll have lovely baby skin :D

@MsSheix one very small asprin caplet is easier and safer to use becuas of teh mg. and honey is a mostirizer and helps asprin stick to your face and only use this mask once a week. and go check out michell phans channel she has a very good diy tutorial up on how to make this ^

Lol yea it's meant to be swallowed but medicine is so bad for u especially ibuprofen it eats the inside lining of your stomach. & every medicine has effects later in life. Anyway... Aspirin is bad to put on ur skin if u do it it should be like twice a month. I watched Michelle phans video olive oil sugar and honey a great combination that hydrates your skin while taking off dead skin

Another thing is getting any kind of vitamins crushing it put it into a bowl and put flour, milk and baby powder n apply 2 face 4 15-20 min do u can do this 2 or 3x a week n u will c results OR if u do not want to become whiter do not put baby powder cause baby powder makes u whiter. Another thing is if u want to get rid of the black bags ubder your eyes that are caused by lack of sleep the apply baby powder daily under your eyes n u will c results. Thx

nice video. Thx for the tips. If anyone wants to make there skin look shiny and smooth the best thin to use is rose water and belive me u will c fast results. I put rose water into an empty spray contanier n left it on my table n everymorning when i wake up i would spray it on my face n @ nite before i go to bed i would also spray some on my face n i saw results in 2 days.

@LaurenT9617 probably not... the idea of using aspirin is beacause it has Salicylic acid. Acids are used because they promote cellular regeneration. So if panadol has salicylic acid it should work :)

OK I WISH I had taken before and after closeups of my eyes and my forehead, I have good skin but I was starting to get creases around my eyes and on my forehead, but they're pretty much gone now, I can't believe it, and it only took a couple of weeks, and my pores on my cheeks don't look as big either, everyone this works exactly as she says it does, just follow miss chievous directions exactly and you can't go wrong

In the US you can get a bottle of uncoated aspirin at WalMart for about $2. Use 3 or 4, they're smaller than what she uses, and they take more like 2 or 3 seconds to dissolve, and this absolutely works. Best makeup tip I ever got.

@nessieoc well this stuff is good but when you don't need to resort to this your fine. Make up can be harmful so careful. As for the aspirin a way to exfoliate while evening skin tone is dissolving the aspirin with lemon juice.
