Most voice actors don't look like how you would picture them or maybe its because their voices are so unique they just can't be matched to real life people once you've only seen them animated.

I agree too the voices are so unique--I really notice how animated they are when I see a person doing it- it's amazing how the actors can channel the characters like that. Thinking of one, Dan Castellaneta is the only actor I've seen who looks very straight faced when he does Homer Simpson and his others, yet his voice is so expressive, it's weird but really cool--like a ventriloquist
