I do wish that all of us pray and hope that Regine, Sarah, etc., who are of international caliber, get the same breaks as what Lea, Arnel and Charice got. They just need to make dcrucial decisions when opportunities arise, hopefully in the near future. Thet should get the appropriate personal & legal advice to maximize benefits & avoid legal complications.

Another thing I observed that separated the two is: When Charice sings in front of non-Filipino audiences, you can see many people shed tears of happiness. When Regine performs, people complained that her voice hurt their ears. Now don't get mad cuz i'm just repeating what Pinoy fans have been posting here in U-Tube.
Both are terrific singers but Charice has a superior voice quality than Regine. That's why audiences her in the USA go a gaga when Charice performs in concerts. Even an Italian judge of a tv show exclaimed that Charice has a diamond throat. I rest my case.
I was invited to view this video and to give my comment whether it is negative or positive. Well i really liked Regine before i knew Charice and i never liked Regine so much the way i like Charice now. When Charice sings, the world listens...for the reason that she is singing from the heart.

I Agree, She is a Good Singer, More than Good, some of her Notes are not Smooth alittle squeaky and Nasally.....Her High Notes are Super High............But her presence, her Vibe, There's just something Wrong It does not feel that Special.........Maybe thats why she never Made in the world.....just in her country.....you need more than just a High Pitched voice.......

Pinoy ako, so whenever a Pinoy gets international recognition for his/her talent, i get elated and am proud.
I do wish that all of us pray and hope that Regine, Sarah, etc., who are of international caliber, get the same breaks as what Lea, Arnel and Charice got. They just need to make dcrucial decisions when opportunities arise, hopefully in the near future. Thet should get the appropriate personal & legal advice to maximize benefits & avoid legal complications.

F (2) Regine is more popular in d Phil. than in d rest of d world;
F (3) Charice is more popular in d rest of d world than in d Philip;
F (4) Regine started singing before Charice was born.
F (5) Regine is nearing d peak of her career; Charice's career has just begun.

Another thing I observed that separated the two is: When Charice sings in front of non-Filipino audiences, you can see many people shed tears of happiness. When Regine performs, people complained that her voice hurt their ears. Now don't get mad cuz i'm just repeating what Pinoy fans have been posting here in U-Tube.

Both are terrific singers but Charice has a superior voice quality than Regine. That's why audiences her in the USA go a gaga when Charice performs in concerts. Even an Italian judge of a tv show exclaimed that Charice has a diamond throat. I rest my case.

i kno ur a die hard fan of regine but lets just give props for charice to for makin Philippines known around the world. Regine is a marvelous singer too no doubt about that. But we shouldnt compare. Regine will always be the most respected singer out there in the p.i.
and to many filipinos. Charice has also gain many respects by other races not just filipinos. Just be proud we have talented people that gives us great recognition of being filipino.

yeah i know her!!! shes a good singer!!! ramielle!! BUT... i don't like her hitting high notes!! because it sounds annoying sumtyms!!! sorry for that!! maybe ramielle is just good in singing mellow songs!!! but i love her because she is FILIPINO!! AND SHE LOVES REGINE!!!! ANY SINGERS WHO LOVES REGINE I LOVE TOO!! because they knew who is HOT AND WHO IS NOT!!! got it??
