dude no matter which way, if uv been drinking and u know it. ur fucked. just got released for my 1st dui. fuckin sucks. just dont drive when you've been drinking plain and simple.

ya pretty funny.. no one should drink and drive, but i've heard that legally, people do have the right to refuse "the breath test" as long as they submit to a blood test ... the theory is, "in the time" it takes to get that setup, hopefully you'll have a lower alcohol level ... a cop will tell u this is bs, but is has stood up in court.
