@ hitandrunboy: Yes, this game did come from Japan, because it is by Nintendo and most of their stuff is Japanese and English. The very first version of Animal Crossing was Animal Forest, the Japanese version of Animal Crossing.

you know what it is un fair there are more events in the gamecube and wii then in the ds mabye we ds players wanna do the holloween thing and the acrobatic events two and having the raindeer guy come up we don't get th reindeer on crismas or jack on halloween or candy

Yes. That was the only problem with the Game Cube version. The closest it got to multiplayer was you could travel to your friend's memory card and see his/her town. ACWW and ACCF are much better because you can actually play with other living people.

GameCube is still number one... It has WAY more single player content that a little multiplayer couldn't make up for. Plus, when me and my brother play in the same town, it's fun to see the differences made by him being there... Although, this commercial is a bit... Weird...
