mind u my boss had a dyson and the computer went had to scrap it machine cost a ton to buy also!! as for miele drum bearings to change will cost u just over a grand

I agree, OMG, Im glad they dont make these Dysons anymore just a sales gimmic, too many moving parts. My gran passed away earlier this year, and she had a Miele that was nearly 40 years old, never broken, never been worked on.

There used to be a vacuum maintenance place near me - every second person was bringing in a dyson vacuum cleaner to be fixed. Not good for something that costs so much money.

I sit directly in front of the washer, it does reflect, but i try and make sure it interferes as little as possible, but it is sometimes unavoidable.

What's that high pitched ringing noise its making?? the gearbox wasn't making that noise before is it the motors?
