As funny as this video is, I always hate it when people say "I [or your cat in this case] could care less". Unless you don't care at all, you can care less about anything (I could care less about mankind, which is true, yet unclear). Basically, its meaningless. You obviously care because you could care less, but we aren't told how much you care (you could be devoted to it, or have a vague interest.

Its "I couldn't care less" meaning that you don't care. Clear, simple, and makes sense.
