@XxKiprotichxX while you are 'socializing' in online gaming. You are not getting the face-to-face experience that Table-top gaming brings. Much the same way that sports is socializing. You are meeting real people, and getting social interaction between people. When you are online, your interaction with other humans is limited to reading, emotes, and voice-chat. But even then, you don't really know who it is you are talking to. (BTW I support D&D, and hold sessions myself every 2 weeks.)

Don't get me wrong, football actually is a ton of fun and I fucking love the Giants, I'm lying on my Giants bed sheets right now. However, I also have a bag of dice in my pocket. Football is fun but DND is a little more so. Besides, you don't need to warm the bench if you roll a bard. LOL.

He leads the party in roleplaying and story but I usually take command for combat for superior tactics and planning. That is just how I roll... LOL
