it's a Farr better deal. Well, maybe in the early 80's. I'd like to think Mel wasn't in on the dirt at the end of the Farr car dynasty but I'm just an old softie.
@chemistryguy that video is on here, i just saw it. it was Ray whitman i believe. 'c'mon dog, me and dog want'cha to go to telegraph road, right now, get a good deal.'
holy fuck... i grew up in saskatoon and we got detroit tv stations and i loved these ads so much. whenever i meet any one from detroit i sing the mel farr song.
Giving Television programming back the cities, may be one way of revitalizing the local economies, and promoting creativity in the communities again. Shows like the Scene did a lot to help keeps kids of the streets and out of trouble. I remember almost racing home just to see how many of my friends were on the show each week.

For anyone who's curious, the music in this commercial is "New Realm March" by Ivor Slaney, from the DeWolfe Music Library.

This idiot cost Ford Credit so much money they finally took his dealership. That's hard to do as a minority dealer.

@MACpro58 I bet he was an idiot, too. I'm sure he was stealing money under the table and charging outrageous financing. Mel 'Crook' Farr.

Those cars in the commercial look so faded; they look like they were 10 years old at the time this commercial was made
