The caramel sauce looks great and will try that with my cinnamon bun recipe. I use bread flour for them because I prefer the texture. They come out a bit more layered when you pull them apart. However other caramel sauce recipe I have tried get hard candy like after baking so yours should turn out really well. Thanks for posting.

This was wonderful. I use 2 separate doughs for regular dinner rolls and sweet rolls. My sweet roll dough has more sugar in it. I sure could have used this 40 years ago. I learned from a Betty Crocker cookbook because my mom didnt bake.
