Hey-I got a pipe burn too! Its on the inside of my right ankle. I had to use that silver whatever cream(hehe-I forgot the name) and it blistered like hell:) That was last spring before the car accident. Guess ya got company in the 'accident prone' boat:) Anyway-luv the chair bit! Watch those lamps! DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS? Shelly...sorry to hear about the burn, but with ice and rapid response hopefully there will be no permanent damage. But always seek medical care when you need it, never mind the judgements doctors may make! Your dance was superb--I love chair work. Fave move was the leg switches on the extended butterfly at 2:52, the 3:42 fan kick from the chair, 4:05 airwalk OVER the chair! Cool move!! Is there a name for the one handed, back hand supported V at 5:58? Great move. Hope your feeling better soon!

hey hun...been layin low, cuz it depresses me so, that i took my pole down the last few days, isnt that freakin SAD? i gotto put it back up, i act like i broke my arm or a permenant injury where i cant pole, i guess that was just depression talkin. i hope ur right. actually a burn i didnt even FEEL i woke up in the morn w/ blisters and cuts on my lower bk, cause hubby didnt unplug a defective heating pad, i mean i woke up had no idea, so i was burnin a long time, how i didnt wake up? lol 2becon

2 answer ur question, the lay back invert is called a 'recliner invert'. pretty good name for it actually bt its harder then it appears. i cut alot of my funny dance out here, i was actually quite peppy & happy in this 1, until the incident, i wish utube let more time in, bt.. anyhow, the running man move, i tried going backwards, i never tried peddling that way on the pole b4, it was interesting bt the chair got in the way lol. i put some holes in the thing, bt thats ok:) thanx hun ur wonderful

You look great, and your outfit is so cute! I really like your use of the chair that was really creative, and this video shows that you are a graceful dancer. I love your videos.

For minimizing scaring and pain I have always used first-aid burn spray or cream to take away the pain, and aloe ointment or after sun lotion to minimize the scaring.

thanks honey, thats such a compliment, i do appreciate that, truthfully i do!! it still does burn a bit, and bein in a weird area, bending alot and doin certain things, like sittin on my hide, are a bit ''ouchie'' still, idk when that might end, better but not perfect. right now i have some neosporin scar strips..afraid to stick anything on there at the moment, umm..mederma hubby bought, skin sheild, but i dont want any liquid bandage cracklin when i bend etc..ill try that spray, thank you.

keeping it clean they told me was the biggest thing to do, so thats what ive been tryin to do. i was able to hide it from my mom, which is hard the way she 'examines' everyone's body language, lol, she misse the occassioal ouch, must have been the wine, lol, but i didnt have to explain myself:)
