  • Wiretapping? Demand they produce a wire and prove that it was tapped.

  • This is people who practice they rights as citizens. Is sad to see in some places people are beated up for try to exercise theyr rights.

  • OF COURSE JUDGES FLEE. THEY NOW THE SHIT THEY DO INSTEAD OF DO THE RIGHT THING TO INNOCENT, INCONSCIENT PEOPLE WHO PAY THEYR JOBS. IN CHOKE TIMES GUILT TALKS INSTEAD OF THEYR FAKE MORAL.

  • I thought she was going to actually get up and sprint out of there

  • accept the "administrators" oath of office...only then will he/she know that she is dealing with a people and not a person. Then all you have to do next is to appoint them as your fiduciary trustee and order the "banker" to discharge the charges. that's all u need to do.

  • Where with ya and active ACEzzz

    San Francisco 5th

    see:

  • Be very aware when a judge flees a courtroom. IMMEDIATELY and loudly object to the change of jurisdiction.

It can be yet another trick to establish contractual joinder.

  • HEY RIDLEY HAVE YOU SEEN RANDY KELTON?????

  • check out Roger Hayes in uk

    check out Brian Gerrish uk

  • Check out Dean Clifford here on youtube

  • However, I know someone who was tired of sitting for 18 months in the joint for a bogus charge, told the prosecutor to go ahead & sign & send her the plea agreement, & that she would sign it. So, the Prosecutor did. My friend, being the clever woman that she is, upon receiving the plead deal, took her trusty pencil & went through all of the agreement & lined out what she didn't agree with & at the end, wrote in her name and stated WILL BE RELEASED THAT DAY. And she was. Its on myprivateaudio.

  • If a policeman tells you you can't record why not ask them 'Is it against the law to use my eyes, ears and memory?' What's the difference? If anything a recording would be better for all parties UNLESS one of them is doing something that they shouldn't be doing.

  • @wesmatron Because guns.

  • @RuddODragonFear I try not to live under the fear of implied threats...otherwise I'd never live.

  • You guys had the case in your hands! Well, if you claimed Common Law Jurisdiction AS SOON AS YOU WENT IN THE COURTROOM. Once Common Law is established and the "judge" leaves the bench, she had abandoned ship and left the courtroom. As a sovereign you can claim authority and dismiss the case yourselves with cause and prejudice.

    watch?v=yzjv20sC5CY&feature=related

  • The Court Room is a Room of Black Magic Chamber, the laws are written in black magic? Understanding how black magic works and how it is connected with Zionist Law, you will start to see through this veil.

  • Your honor, the flesh is living, and the blood flows. I humbly seek remedy.

(Judge flees the court, comes back and establishes the court as a Martime Admiralty Court)

Your honor, I wish to assert that my flesh is living, and the blood flows. I humbly seek cure and maintenance.

(Judge leaves again, and comes back as a priest of Ba'al.)

You honor, the flesh is living, and the blood flows. We are sovereign and nothing stands between myself and the divine.

If not done exactly you have no standing.

  • @altnews It's MY honor. Get it right!

  • You guys rock I wish California had a following like this.

  • What's the radio station

  • Get on the record..... that is the key.... contempt their is no such thing....

That judge can not have a contract with the individual.... there fore there is NO COMTEMPT....

  • when are slaves going to realise that until you know you are a slave you will never know where freedom is ,so why use a system that was not for you

  • That's why they add multiple variations of the same "crime" against the defendant; the chances of escaping all the charges is slim to none unless luck of the draw a jury is totally sympathetic... the plea always seems the way to go; then after, it seems the worst choice and expensive!!!!! Fascist scam!!!

  • Pete is a wolf in sheep's clothing since his propaganda slogans DO NOT match his actions (activism). To hold someone accountable is to file criminal charges against them, correct? Pete refuse to hold the cops accountable by filing police report, correct? You can't trust Pete, can you?

  • I always wear a hat in court and ALWAYS REFUSE top take it off. I've told two judges in wisconsin to get bent.

  • @reformgovernment1

and then your cell mate will tell you the same, great progress best of luck.

  • @michaelal20 Good luck to you in the FEMA Camps

  • Wow, ... I think these cops and this court system may have bitten off more than they can chew. LOL

  • @SmokeRingsPipeDreams Really? How? The cops& courts can't a bunch of whiny wannabe lawyers pissing and moaning? They are paid to listen to that garbage all day long, aren't they?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit True. True, but on the other hand, I bet it stresses these little demi gods out quite a bit. Deep down deep they must know that they are doing something wrong when regular people come to their webs talking about freedom. They know the law better than anyone, and they know the constitution is on freedoms side.

  • @SmokeRingsPipeDreams How does it "stress them out"? They didn't look rattled to me at all, did they? Remember they allowed the cameras to come in, didn't they? So the demigods were prepared, correct? The only ones who looked flustered where the hippies who were whining, pissing & moaning, right? The wolves in sheep's clothing who were spewing propaganda were no match for the demigods, were they? Must be why the wolves are still on trial and the demigods are not, huh? Hippy = fail!

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Well, I'm not a hippy, I hate hippies worse than Cartman does, but I don't see these guys as hippies. I see them as people standing up to a corrupt system which uses it's power to send police out to be rovving tax collectors.

  • @SmokeRingsPipeDreams Well these guys are hippies and so are you, correct? That is why you can't see the forest for all the trees, right? And just like the wolves in sheep's clothing you are misrepresenting yourself to everyone also, correct? Hippies refuse to do the right thing by filing criminal complaints against the cops, correct? Which is why you keep defending for not doing the right thing, correct? That is why you are just as much a wolf in sheep's clothing as your hippy cohorts, right?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit No you are not correct. I am as far from a hippy as could ever be. I have been called an "arch conservitive" by hippies because I am a libertarian. Hippies are lliberal progressives usually. Totally different animals. But if it pleases you to think this way, then drive on.

  • @SmokeRingsPipeDreams Thanks for the confession that you are a hippy, hippy! And I noticed that you couldn't refute the fact that you hate justice also hippy! Hippy are so stupid, aren't they?

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit

I'd say they're more intelligent than people who fail to grasp simple sentence structure.

  • @FlashVirus Who cares what you (a drone) thinks to start with?

  • One for the people.

  • @bestwrmd One what? And which people? And exactly what did they accomplish other than throwing out slogans, whining, pissing and moaning?

  • Tell that asshole to take off his hat.

  • Getting off the bench? Was she abandoning the court?

Don't have the right to talk to you? OF COURSE I DO. Of course you have the right to ignore me, but I have the right to say what I wish. That is called freedom of speech.

  • TheCopBlock hates justice because they refuse to hold the cops accountable by filing a criminal complaint againts them!

  • Feb 18th? A year later?

  • Love the shirts no victim no crime way to go

  • The government wants to start shutting down departments to save money. I say start with DHS and everything that attaches to it. They aren't the tools of a free society. They are the tools of dictators. Stop funding your own enslavement.

  • Wisconsin-style protests are coming to New Hampshire's state house March 31. If you're in the area, showing up with a camera and asking certain questions of the government workers... seems appropriate. So does counter-protesting. See video descrip for details.

  • @RidleyReport You mean more tax-feeders are going to be revolting?

  • FUCK THE FEDERAL GOV./FBI/ THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION IN THE NEW HAMPSHIRE REPUBLIC...SO FUCK YOU PIGS. GO BACK TO YOUR 10 SQUARE MILE PIG PEN BACK IN D.C.

  • It only means they are changing the judisdiction....pay attention to them bringing in a new court clerk .....you can still get served again.....check out ucadia

No, they are screwing with your head because thats how they handle that.....run out of the court room...Next time yell out "I object"

  • It only means they are changing the judisdiction....pay attention to them bringing in a new court clerk .....you can still get served again.....check out ucadia

  • Don't go to Massachusetts

  • Meh emotional guys like these prove that we will never have natural law courts, they will just whine at the smallest thing they consider force. Someones always going to have the monopoly on force guys. Also pete and adam need to get sometbing else better to do than keep getting arrested

  • Wolf in sheep's clothing exposed ---> Pete trained to be a cop, yet he refuses to file a criminal complaint against his cop buddies, doesn't he? He says the cops acted like criminals, doesn't he? Pete says he wants to hold people accountable, doesn't he? Then why doesn't Pete walk the talk by filing a criminal complaint against the cops? Pete hates justice, doesn't he?

  • The judicial system is hopelessly obsolete and needs to be abandoned.

  • @somecomputergeek Wahoo! Someone who uses the word "abandoned" rather than "reformed"!

Have you listened to Roderick Long's talk where he brings up the reasons private adjudication can only be better than govt monopoly courts?

    /watch?v=y42xiptJgbQ

    Great stuff.

    Abandon, indeed! Thank you!

  • Thanks Freedom People, It should be clear to everyone why the government doesn't allow cameras in the courtrooms. They have to hide how broken and corrupted the courts really are! And make no mistake, the farther up the food chain you go the more broken they are.

  • @workwillfreeyou these freedom guys should learn from people who live in tn that we here in tn have no rights and no freedom but we live in piece.we live in what is called POLICE SLAVEREY and we don't try to fight it.its going to happen to all the states total police control and your wasting your time trying to fight it.living under the thumb of police and public officials is coming to every town.the only bad thing about it here in tn is we have to submit to the family's of police.my opinion

  • You guys look like a bunch of Berkeley types who've never had a job and go around looking to brew up trouble. The video smacks of this attitude. Clean up your act and look and act respectable and you'll get a hell of lot more traction. Stuff your gotcha attitude too.

  • @53moreHP you must be...

  • If the "defense" was prepared for trial, the prosecution has no excuse to delay. Supposedly there was enough evidence to make an arrest. That'd be the same evidence used at trial. There's VIDEO record of the incident. If there was a crime committed, SURELY it is ripe for prosecution. I think they should have been vocal in demanding their right to a speedy trial.

  • Awesome! People need to see and hear.

  • I'd like to meet meg.

  • I will be damned, Riddler, looks like a few of them are finally figuring it out. YOU are the law, don't gripe about not knowing YOUR law, or gripe at those that take over FOR you because YOU won't learn....Final thing (and it seems people just don't GET this next part)...if it ain't your court, and it ain't your jurisdiction, and it ain't your ticket/citation/contract...don't go to THEIR court THEY run. Do your lawful paperwork, mail it in....DONE. Test over, Challenge finished.

  • The Governments are not at fault...it is the people that are ignorant.

  • @younitehumanity

The governmets are always at fault by changing things to make sure they go in their favor.

  • @theshow2k8 The Government hasn't changed anything. The very word GOVERNMENT means to GOVERN your MENTAL energies. Govern-ments do what they do best...to enslave people. That hasn't changed the last 5000 years. If the purpose of government was to protect and maintain individual rights and liberties, then they wouldn't be the first to threaten to take them away. People are stupid and ignorant....it is their fault. Watch my last two vids and you will see why.

  • @younitehumanity One of the most ignorant comments I've read in a while. Don't you believe in the Statist maxim that We the people are the government? And if so, your statement would also make the government ignorant. LOL

  • @watcher8o You are NOT "We the People". You are not a party to the CONstitution unless you have claimed state Citizenship and dismissed your United States Citizenship. As long as you are a 14th Amendment citizen, then you are SUBJECT to a FOREIGN corporation known as the U.S. "The federal government is a FOREIGN corporation with respect to a state". Kitchens vs. Steele You are a FOREIGNER to your own country. Under Law, certain words have different meanings. PERSONS is NOT plural to PEOPLE!

  • @younitehumanity I haven't claimed to be part of your collective, State or Federal or Global. The government, "by the people" is ignorant and at fault, regardless of how much "the people" actually have to do with it.

  • @watcher8o Ok Mr. America...watch my last two vids and you will maybe see how ignorant you have been. The U.S. Government is NOT at fault...the people are. Because they claim to be a party to something (Constitution) which they are not. 14th Amendment citizens have Civil rights, which are granted priviledges...state Citizens have birth rights/natural rights. As long as you remain a 14th Amend. citizen...YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE YOU HAVE SUBJECTED YOURSELF TO THE U.S. JURISDICTION.

  • @younitehumanity I think you're missing the point. I do not claim to belong to the Federal collective. But you defend government in some posts and attack it in others. The one being unclear here is you. I can't tell if you are intentionally trolling.

  • Sixty-five million Americans—or one in four adults—have a criminal record. The USA has the highest documented incarceration rate in the world. Locking up US citizens in Prison is BIG BUSINESS, with one of the most powerful lobbyists in DC. Business is a booming, and rest assured they are looking for new customers. The American people are indeed free, free from all truth, logic, and common sense.

  • No victim no crime

  • Gorilla radio!! noone owns the air!

  • last time I was in derry court the lawyers waiting for the courtroom to open were asking if any case there that day had a victim..............

  • there on a dead horse and they don`t know how to get off----they love to prey on citizens and don`t like you talkin back to there smack-----I got speeding ticket for 42 on a 35 at two in the morning--- said that they were sad to stop me as i was going to fight the ticket------wouldn`t answer date of calabration and i wanted to see speed on detector ---but said he didn`t have to show---after not backin down he said would be a minute and would check on something, came back and said slow down.

  • Great video!! I also know the courts are a fraudulent show, imitating justice.

  • The cops there are wondering "What is wrong with these people?". Do you think it will ever dawn on them why?

  • Check your 'tags' dude - I just did a UTube Search for this upload and UTube returned this -> "No video results for “Judge flees courtroom - caught on tape. Greenfield, Massachusetts.”

  • Lol! Pete Eyre is the epitome of a great American. A truly great American, and an inspiring one at that.

By law however, at the moment that "judge" abandoned the bench, he had every right to openly declare himself the highest authority in the courtroom, and subsequently declare the case dismissed and closed with prejudice.

Still, I wouldn't give them another chance, unless they're going to be paying for the gas and time wasted. $400/hour, including travel time, should be sufficient.

  • I like the flyers!

  • Comment removed

  • Excellent material, Ridley. The T-shirts are fantastic. Those should be mass-produced and spread far and wide.

  • run away bitch

  • You did tell the people waiting to do to court to say "I do not consent" didn't you.

  • great vid dave

  • good job!

  • Judge flees? No. Judge make the hippies her little bitches! Judge in control - Hippies deer in headlights! Gotta love the Ridley propaganda!
