You need a custom firmware like 3.10 OE or something like that and to get that you must downgrade to 1.5 with a lumines 1 game or a pandora battery search on google.I have an 3.11PSP and i have the same problem :(( i will look for a lumines game

I unziped it and I see the same PSP folder as in your video. When I look in some folders it says Bin on them, like in the HEN_350 ptach, installer, and PSPbtknf are in Bin (IZArc Bin Archive).
