  • She has FANTASTIC breathing and mouth muscles O.o Not to mention technique and rhythm.

  • INCREDIBLE!!! adele, you are the best of the best... what a fantastic performer!!!!!

  • Amazing!

  • real talent never heard any didge like her...! thanks

  • Sounds like she's got leeeetle animals in there saying "weeeeeeeooooo!" :D

  • retarded act

  • I can smell the patchouli from here

  • sa déchire tout

  • w f i s t h i s

  • concrete jungle

  • Dreaming Law forbids women from playing the didgeridoo at ceremonies, although Aboriginal women have played the instrument informally

  • @johnedward70 this is not a feminist comment but women are the open doors to life so some shit could go down if we did get into it at the ceremonies. haha. also why they don't let women (at least from what i've heard) in on serious ceremonial work when they are menstruating.

  • Comment removed

  • @johnedward70 did you read what i said? it felt as if you didn' t quite understand where i was coming from at all. i was not initiating argument at all. i was sharing some ideas. and being an open door at that time certainly is revered as you said while others feel it can interfere with their ceremonial work. that's all i was saying. mybe you just expected i was argumentative because most people would be.

  • DUBSTEP.

  • I hate hippies.

  • @BrewMonkey1 so does francis.

  • bravo vre kopelia!

  • namaste and bless you NAMASTE!!!

  • sounds like the intro to Aerosmith - Eat the Rich

  • i would start dancing if I was there

  • she needs to record this!

  • love it! do you do yoga too?

  • she's hot :D hahaha

  • If she's the master, Shibaten is the Jesus.

  • so jealous, it is beautiful, i try to copy.

  • early beginnings of dubstep, i say

  • excelent !!

  • @peppersbug Or at least.. That was what I wanted to say :P I understand my previous message is a bit negative looking but that wasnt my intention:)

  • @peppersbug Yes they do. I'm just saying that if she was playing on some festival or in a nice forest, or with people who are not rushing on the street but want to listen better to it and see the spirit of the music, it would create more energy:)

  • didjeridoo: the first dubstep

  • i want to learn this... how? any suggestions? i live in bangkok... connections needed

  • @peppersbug get a didj, that will help xP

  • @DCTHEOFFICIALHITMAN heheheh... Thanks for that...my friend is bringing one from Australia. then what?

  • and shes hot

  • id luv to add a deep tribal house beat to this.

  • Now I know what to play when I can't sleep.

  • sounds so familiar. dreams...

  • there's something more in dij, perhaps something of past lives or a chronic déjà vi.

  • this is so sick!!!! i so totaly want to learn how to play this! any idea if its similar to playing trumpet?

  • @DintegraB I don't think so. It requires a technique called circular breathing I believe.

  • Sounds amazing, but I think she's sitting in the wrong place there on the street with all the people just walking by, go to the forest or some place with people who understand

  • @MouseOfTheMoon don't you think civilians often just walk by?

  • I wanna hear this with a kick ass d&b beat added to it.

  • voll abgefahren hört sich nach grossstadt jungle an.....respekt!!

  • no thats not right, we don't just take something just because its there "informations" what the fuzz!!!!!

  • Need some water?

  • sorry to offend people but havn't we stole enough from aboriginal people of Aus, it gets me upset let them have something sacred.

  • @jplhuillier the world is coming together and in the end all these things belong to all of us. the brotherhood of humanity.

  • She is great. Somehow she managed to bypass the imaginary peen-only lock. Those pesky locks are everywhere.

  • She is not "stealing" from the aborigines, if anything she is bringing attention to the awful situation the aborigines are in.

    Fantastic piece!

  • @ bigboondi : lore and 'mens business' !? time for you to evolve - to use obvious intimidation of Featherfoots ability to kill is breaking a MUCH bigger law, the Creators law of 'do no harm' - wrongfully used power will return to him in the way he uses it - NO ONE can steal something that comes from God, as everything does ! i fear only ONE thing, ignorance within myself - Featherfoot ONLY has power over others who have fear. His ignorance holds NO power over Wisdom and GENUINE Godmen. Peace.

  • Imagine if i took her diary and read it out loud at a public forum. That isn't even close to the equivalent of what she is doing playing a didgeridoo.

This is Mans Business. Not Womans Business. she should be 'sung' by featherfoot.

Featherfoot was outlawed by white men, after they found his magic songs work.

He is our Police, he punishes. He sings people who have broken Lore/Law and can kill at great distances. Stop stealing from us.

  • Where are these girls in my town?

  • no girl is allowed to play in aboriginal culture have respect please

  • @jplhuillier NO U

  • @jplhuillier the only thing that 'does not allow women' the right to do whatever a man does is IGNORANCE...respect should ONLY be given to that within a culture that is spiritually 'right' - the word 'culture' comes from the Greek root 'Ure' meaning 'light' - It is time for the Aboriginal 'Cult' of 'Light' to shine brighter and do away with darkness of repression against women - EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE WHITE MAN BELIEVED AN ABORIGINALS SKIN COLOR MADE HIM INFERIOR...do you GET IT !

  • @jplhuillier thats not right. get some better informations

  • she is playing for my 21st

  • I guess I'll play the jerk and say "she sure can blow and beat it at the same time."

  • That didge looks like it comes from Mellee amsterdam! Bloodwood am I right? Nice playing and oh yeah... Girl Power haha. Peace.

  • how do you do that constent breathing?

  • @mrcyberzombie CIRCULAR BREATHING

  • Are those people around her completely and utterly oblivious to the fact that she is sharing peace and love and asking nothing for it, and all they do is walk past..

  • It's the street musician part of youtube , and i fucking love this part ! :D

  • fucken ooga boogah useless noise. I've got reruns of "My name is Earl "I need to watch!

  • Well, that's time well spent!

  • aahhh...i saw her live about half an year ago..just amazing :D

  • Her again!!!..... that was amazing I'am a Female Australian Aboriginal from both East & West coast & our lore says that women are'nt allowed 2 play the didg.................. but I don't think she's an Australian Aborigine....so that rocked!!!! :D

  • @SuperBenniboo theories why Aboriginal women are not to play : the eucalyptus wood had an effect on women to bear children - and just because there is a long tradition does not mean that male chauvanism was not alive and well then- men felt threatened by women playing dij - in the Creators eyes ALL are equal - NO man has the right to dictate how another should get there joy / mystical experience playing the dij ! end of story: ALL men came from womens Vaginas...enough said !

  • @jconabike That's all well & good, thank CREATOR for Women's rights, but that's not the issue, the issue is Lore & that Theory is wrong(duh) the only reason why a woman is not allowed 2 play the didj is because is was purely made for Men's business, not Women's. So basically the moral of my story is LORE & Respecting it!!! :D

  • might as well beatbox to a megaphone... no offense, didgeridoo lovers, but l dun find this instrument appealing at all.

  • I MEAN OVER 1000 languages on the didj

  • yeah good, but you ain't no master.. a master h=knows over 100 languages on the didj.. NOT A MASTER

  • genial...

  • Beautiful! Great breathing and stamina too!

  • Wow she's really good, must be hard to perform on a European street though...

  • people of street U NO listen!? :O

  • i love the cute iiiiouuu 0:32 vocal sound

  • Ha Ha sounds like prodigy - I love it !!

  • @804df Actually, I've seen a particular Didj that was owned by Djalu Gurruwiwi's sister Dhangal Gurruwiwi for a while, and it was quite used.

  • sounds like prodigy, reallly!

  • So cool! As a fellow musician, I salute your artistry.

  • those barks and hoots are really cool!

  • Lovey playing sister

  • Many women begin playing the didge and then after a while find it is predominately a yang instrument. On a creation myth level the didge playing remembers life being triggeed into existence as life wakes up the the song within itself , mens mystery. Women then look after the incubation growth and birthing. Without beig innitiated into the inner stories speculation is all we will have

  • This is awesome! Respect!

  • breakin it down and all of the people around act like nothing is up. I'd be 10min late to work about this.

  • @ztwntyn8 That's the thing about Europe, most people find street performers bothersome because there are so bloody many of them.

  • @thepunishervshulk gotchya

  • ...thought she was going to play Adele...XD...

  • I just got a didgeridoo for Christmas after wanting one for years. People like this are the reason why I wanted one. Now time to practice the hell out of this thing. I can somewhat get the sound out of it but I really have to learn the breathing technique so I don't pass the hell out or only get little spurts of sound out of it!

  • @neojake999gamer I just use a pipe from a vacuum cleaner. Works just as well.

  • I have a better name for it: Acoustic Talk Box

  • Thumbs up if you thought it was going to be a didje version of "Rolling in the Deep"

  • I am in love!!!

  • She's a master of rhythm

  • Great to see someone using such a wide vocabulary of sounds on the didge, I'm loving the different toot tones - fantastic.

  • I wish she did that to me ;)

  • I have to say, I do not like all those legs, passing by, without interest, without surprise, as it shows, how nonsensible and consume people are, they just walk in a hurry to ...... something..... but ain´t able to stay and enjoy living sound and performance ...... anyway, Adele, great sense for instrument, bravo !!!!!

  • @littlethrush You make a firm point about the state of peoples interests these days. If I was there I would be sitting right in front of her in awe for two hours. I'd even buy here lunch!

  • @eacortes would be nice to learn to think and act "not to buy a lunch", but "to share a lunch time" with her. what should at least a half of walkers do is to stay or sit for a moment, close the eyes, listen their own lifes as it sounds those moments beautiful, clap the hands and whisper a prayer in meekness !

  • so who else thinks she can do even more interesting things with her mouth

  • @neveragain642 You're dumb lol

  • @neveragain642 totally disrespectful to her and to her abilities to play the didgeridoo, remember you come from a women

  • France seems so open to expression. Where so damn uptight in the States, especialy here in L.A. If any one tries this here I GUARENTEE the cops will hassle them for some kind of fucking permit, or say they are upsetting the neighbors. Fuck. Anyone agree with me??

  • @eacortes yes, europe is a different place and feel :)

  • @eacortes i disagree with you. There's proposals going through the local California govt to allow kids in high school that think they should be of another sex to start participating in the other sexe's games i.e. a guy that thinks he's a girl can no join the girls volleyball team.

  • @eacortes I agree my friend,, Europe is the REAL free country,

  • @eacortes you're absolutely right, but it's not just France, you can expect to see this kind of thing throughout western Europe. the US is incredibly backwards and unadvanced for a developed country, their cops are among the worst in the world, and human rights are practically non-existent. the only people who think the US is a "free country" are people who've not spent time in Europe and compared.

  • @eacortes I have seen plenty of dij players jammin. but I agree that we tend to be more uptight here that is fo sho

  • amazing breath control.. She sounds vivid.. amazing that not many stopped to listen to her play.

  • wow its so werid...it thunders wend she played the didgeridoo

  • this instrument like many others sounds way better paired with another

  • I"M IN LOVE!

  • girls kick ass

  • Ils sont fous ces français!

  • Is this the same Adele who sang "Somebody Like You" ?

  • @Gary190tube Loooooollllll

  • @Gary190tube LOL ! I don't think so !

  • Please excuse my ignorance: Whats the name of the "seed-pod" shaker Adel uses? -its a fab sound.

  • Amazing no one stopped to listen, and talk. People seem to be scared of their own shadow these days. A beautiful lady doing something really amazing with music, and they all just walk by. If I had been there, I could have sat down with her and listened, and then maybe a few others might have done the same.

  • I find her so attractive and simply beautiful.

  • Namaste! THANX for sharing ENERGY!!!

This gegnadete musician is a good example...

The best musicians can be found on the streets, when a man takes a break once in order to devote himself to this art of living.

    LIVE LONG AND PROSPER \\//

  • I was waiting for someone to throw her a coin xD great music keep it up

  • bravooo! me ha encantado!

  • cool

  • joliee

  • This reminds me of a Quebecois man I saw who played some techno on his jaw harp... so amazing

  • Those 6 people don't understand a true passion. I say, SEIZE THEM!

  • Adele i await your visit to nyc. Greenskull62@yahoo.com

  • I can't stand when people throw the word master around. She's not a master. Talented, obviously, but not a master.

  • Dummies passing by unaware of GREATNESS just below them. Smh

  • That sounds amazing!!! Thank you for sharing, really cool!!!!!

  • EINFACH GEIL. COOL. THANX FOR THIS NICE MUSIC

  • Hi, thanks for music. You are giving to the people message. You will be needed so much in new world. Don't give up! Never.

  • absolutely amazing. I can only hope to be as good as this one day, and with enough practice and dedication, I shall be! Big inspiration, dear.

    love. x

  • Absolutely amazing, awesome, incredible, beautiful, spiritual mind blowing. Wow!!! -3

  • I could listen all day, this is awesome.

  • Ahh the wonderful sounds of the heart of Australia!

  • i aspire to be as good as her one day :)

  • we are one , what a fuking tune!! Oyyyyyy oyyy

  • You made me feel that I was in the wild listening to all the different animal sounds. WOW

  • She is awesome! I can't believe people kept walking past! I play a little and would love to be a cushion for the bell!

  • I'd be gathered around her, dammit boy she's hot

  • WOW why isn't a crowd gathered round her? Amazing~

  • marry me Adele -sheer beauty such a wonderous sound *****

  • wow , with a drummer at her side it would be EVEN more awesome :D

  • You are amazing! I'm just learing to play the didgeridoo, do you have any tips for a beginer?

  • Interesting sounds. Someone should introduce the didjeridoo to a master beatboxer. Perhaps create new kinds of sounds

  • @coopasan9 Yeah, let's "ghettoize" yet another instrument...please...

  • @jimmaification

Whats wrong with using an instrument for a different kind of music? Check out Hilight Tribe, they use it to make dance music.

The didge makes a gorgeous sound,so why not beatbox along with it and try new things.

  • spoko

  • iff i whase wolking , i stop for you ant lissen 2 your good sound off you digg.

damm gilr you hid thate bazoka good.

  • Adele you are an accomplished conventional didge player but I would like to invite you to go beyond what you are currently doing. Notice that you produce high toot notes and with practice you can not only sustain these notes but also produce overtones in them transforming your didge into a musical instrument.. To understand what I am talking about you may like to search Bruce Copley didgeridoo on You Tube. Yours in breath and rhythm, Bruce Copley, Cape Town, South Africa

  • I want to hug her. because all those people just walked by hating. the guy in the back stopped and looked at her when she stopped and was like FINALLY. i wanna punch that dude. and hug her for doing that

  • phantastisch

  • Actually, when asked about the prohibition about women playing the Yidaki, many tribesmen laughed. Traditionally the CEREMONIAL player was male, yes. But anyone in the tribe could pick one up and play it in their free time. It's an instrument, and it's meant to be enjoyed by all.

  • @Sliverlord82 I believe only foreign women are allowed to play. Aboriginal women are not supposed to. In Aboriginal culture there are instruments for men and instruments for women. The didjeridoo is an instrument for men only. I doubt the Elder's of any tribe would give permission for an Aboriginal woman to play. I've never seen or heard of it at any rate. Please let me know if you do as, coming from a different culture, I see no reason for such bias and am very interested.

  • @804df that's not true at all women from where the instrument came from play it and its just the rest of the people on the east coast or wherever that decided women can't play it. that rule is about as old as the country and irrelevant. ALSO I have family who have married into the mobs in NT so yeah.

  • ei cara essa mulher esta muito desafinada

parece que ela ta fazendo macumba

  • She probably doesnt know and you guys to but its written that the girls that play digeridoo get cursed, my sister told me. i dont really bellive that but in the acient tribes womens couldnt play the digeridoo only mans, just for you guys know.

  • whats her slapper made from?

  • Thank you for remembering me the great NATURE :)

  • bapa kumara, bad luck foa dem

  • If I came upon this wonderful sight while traveling, I'd get out my little straw mat, sit down near her, and just take in her amazing performance. OK, I might get out my camera and video tape some of it..LOL...and post it here on YouTube!

  • AWESOME
